油页岩的高灰分严重制约了油页岩的转化及加工利用。论文旨在研究新疆油页岩的物化性质及有机物的赋存规律,通过正、反浮选的方法对新疆油页岩的浮选提质过程进行研究,提高新疆油页岩的利用价值。
本文对新疆油页岩的物理化学基础性质进行了全面分析,包括显微特征、比表面积、密度、可磨性、Zeta电位、润湿角、表面官能团、发热量、含油率、热重等方面,为新疆油页岩的浮选研究奠定了理论基础;其次,揭示了新疆油页岩中有机物的赋存规律,发现油页岩中细粒度级的有机物的分布率较高,粗粒级中有机物的分布率较低,且有机物分布率与粒度级成负相关关系;浮沉试验表明:小于1.7g/cm3密度级油页岩样中质量含量为0.11%,有机物的含量为76.59%;1.7-2.0g/cm3密度级油页岩样中质量分数增大,而有机质含量逐渐减少;2.0-2.2g/cm3密度级油页岩质量分数最大,达到51.41%,有机物的含量为27.54%;大于2.4g/cm3密度级油页岩质量分数为1.40%,有机物含量几乎为零。
本文系统研究新疆油页岩的正、反浮选工艺条件,考察了不同因素对浮选效果的影响,得出油页岩正浮选最佳浮选工艺条件:煤油1200g/t,仲辛醇120g/t,矿浆浓度80g/L,叶轮转速1900r/min,单位充气量为0.15m3.m-2.min-1,此时精油页岩产率为24.19%,灰分为75.15%,可燃体回收率为29.60%,浮选完善指数为6.79%;油页岩反浮选最佳浮选工艺条件:十二胺盐酸盐用量0.18g/L,调整剂氯化钙0.06g/L时,反浮选尾矿产率为20.59%,灰分含量为91.54%。经过联合浮选工艺新疆最终的精矿产率为36.94%,灰分为72.47%,可燃体回收率为27.22%,浮选完善指标为16.16%。四川油页岩经联合浮选工艺的精矿灰分含量为14.26%,产率为75.54%,可燃体回收率为64.77%,浮选完善指标为56.16%。
新疆油页岩的浮选动力学研究发现:0-40s,浮选速率比较大,且精矿的灰分含量低。40s之后浮选速率趋于稳定,精油页岩的灰分逐渐增高,到180s后整个浮选过程基本结束。新疆油页岩浮选过程更好的符合二级动力学方程,此时方程为ε=ε∞2×kt/(1+ε∞kt),相关系数达0.99,速率常数k为5.89×10-4。新疆油页岩经改性可浮性提高。煤油捕收剂与新疆油页岩的有机组分表面的吸附为物理吸附,十二胺盐酸盐捕收剂与脉石矿物石英的相互作用为静电吸附。

High ash content of oil shale seriously constraints transformation and processing and utilization.This paper aims to researchphysicochemical properties and organic matter occurrence regularity of Xinjiangoil shale, and the flotation process by the flotation, and reverse flotationtechniques to improve the utilization value.
This paper makes a comprehensive physical and chemistry basic qualitative analysisforXinjiangoil shale, including the microscopic characteristics, specific surface area, density, grindability, Zeta, contactangle, surface functional groups, calorific value, oil content, thermogravimetric, etc. which provides a theoretical foundation for flotation research of Xinjiang oil shale. The second reveals the occurrence regularity of organic matter in Xinjiang oil shale, found that distribution of organic matter is higher in finer fraction and the coarser fraction is low. And the organic matter content is inversely proportional to the particle size. The result of floatation-sink test shows that less than 1.7 g/cm3 density level quality content was 0.11% in Xinjiang oil shale, and the content of organic matter was 76.59%. When the density level is 1.7-2.0g/cm3, the content of quality increases gradually and the conent of organic matter decreases gradually reduce. When the density level is 2.0-2.2g/cm3, content of quality is 51.41%, which is the highest in different density grade's oil shale , and the conent of organic matter is 27.54%. When the density is greater than 2.4g/cm3, content of quality is 1.4% and .0 2.2 g/cm3 density level quality of oil shale content is biggest, reached 51.41%, the content of organic matter is 27.54%; Greater than 2.4 g/cm3 density level quality of oil shale content is 1.40% and organic matter content is nearly non-existent.
In this paper, we systematic study the flotation and reverse flotation optimum conditions, and investigate the effect of different factors on flotation for Xinjiang oil shale. It was summed up the optimum flotationprocess conditions. When dodecanamine hydrochloride, octanol , pulp density, rotate speed , air bubble are 1200g/t, 120g/t, 80g/L, 1800r/min, 0.15m3.m-2.min-1, respectively, the yield of fine oil shale was 24.19%, ash content was 75.15%, combustible matter recovery was 29.60%, and perfect index of flotation was 6.79%.
And the optimum reverse flotationprocessconditions was 0.18g/Ldodecanamine hydrochloride, 0.06g/L calcium chloride. Under these condtions, the yield of Tailings was 20.59%, ash content was 91.54%. The final concentrate was 36.94%, ash content was 72.47%, combustible matter recovery was 54.21%, and perfect index of flotation was 16.16% by the combined process of flotation for Xinjiang oil shale.
The floating kinetics of Xinjiang oil shale after adding agentia were also researched in this paper. The results show that flotation rate andash content of concentrateislower during 0~40seconds.After 40seconds, flotation rate tends to be stable, and ash content of concentrate flotation increases gradually. Flotation process is over when time gets to 180seconds.The second-order kinetic equation can better simulate flotation process of Xinjiangoil shale, which is ε=ε∞2×kt/(1+ε∞kt). The flotabiltity was increased by soaking agents for Xinjiang oil shale. Kerosene as the physical adsorption to adsorb on the surface of the organic components of oil shale, and interaction between dodecyl amine-hydrochloride and the gangue minerals quartz was electrostatic adsorption.
