建设项目是复杂、多样的，建筑业一直在寻找提高项目实施状况的方法。为了改善项目实施状况，项目经理必须执行高效的项目计划和促进项目交流。本文以施工项目部的项目计划与项目交流为对象，研究计划与交流对建设项目实施的影响。 通过对项目管理职能、影响项目实施的因素分析及相关计划与交流的文献分析，本文建立了项目的计划与交流模型，分析了计划与交流对建设项目实施产生的影响。在理论分析的基础上，对西安的8个项目进行初步调研，根据调研情况设计了调查问卷。正式调研是在不同类型的工程项目中进行的。通过回收的问卷数据分析了组织结构、计算机化、设计质量及项目预算对计划与交流的影响，探索性地量化分析了交流与计划对项目实施状况的影响。 通过研究，本文得出以下结论：⑴造成工程延误的最主要原因是有效信息缺乏；⑵小项目中，材料获取的计划至关重要；⑶在小项目中，由于劳动力供应造成的延误的比例更高；⑷不频繁的下属交流可导致工程延误，其延误时间约为频繁下属交流的2.5倍；⑸提前计划的天数与项目实施状况有关；⑹大项目中的计算机辅助计划程度高于小项目；⑺计算机辅助计划程度高时，项目实施状况也更好，延误也较少。 从调研结果及数据分析中，可以比较直观地了解到计划、交流对项目实施状况的影响情况，为工程项目的顺利实施提供管理依据。

The construction projects are diverse and complicated. People is continually looking for methods by which to improve projects’ performance.In order to improve performance, project managers must conduct effective planning and foster communication within the project.This study looked at both as an integral part of the internal project management functions,and research on planning and communication impacts on performance in construction. Based on literature survey about planning and communication ,and analyzing the fuction of project management,the thesis created planning and communication model.This thesis analysed planning and communication’s impact on project performance by model.and then,the questionnaire was designed after conducting pilot study.The pilot study consisted of 8 construction sites in Xi’an.The formal questionnaire was send to some diverse construction projects.The study anlaysed how the organizational structure,computerization,design quality,and project budget influence communication and planning,and researched the planning and communication’s impact on the performance of construction project groply. This thesis will show how the organaizational structure, computerization, design quality, and project budget influence communication and planning,and how communication and planning impact a project’s performance by questionnaire. These following conclusion can be getting from data analysis gathered in questionnaire: (1)The main cause of delays was due to lack of information. (2)Planning for materials proved to be critical to small projects. (3)Delays due to labor availability were higher in small projects. (4)Projects with low subordinate communication experienced 2.5 times the number of delayed day. (5)Trends between the amount of days in advance that the project management plans for and total performance exist. (6)Computer aided planning in large projects was used higherly than in small projects. (7)Where these was a higher percent of computer aided planning, there was a higher total performance,and fewer delayed days were incurred. This study shows how planning and communication impact on project’s performance in construction directly by data analysis gathered from questionnaire.Also,this thesis prvoved details to project performance management.
