目前,大型桥梁通常都建有结构健康监测系统。由于分布在桥梁上的多传感器长时间连续采集与传输的数据量相当大,而当前桥梁结构健康监测数据的分析与处理工作多在桥址现场的监控中心进行,但桥址现场管理机构很少配备有能够完全应对海量监测数据的专业技术力量,经常会发生面对大量数据却不能及时得到有效信息的现象。而云计算就是一种新兴的可以满足桥梁结构健康监测海量数据处理与专业计算需求的解决方案。云计算将相关能力以服务的方式提供给用户,允许用户在不了解提供服务的技术、没有相关知识以及设备操作能力的情况下,通过互联网获取需要的服务,进一步提高系统智能化水平,降低人的工作强度与难度。
本文在分析了桥梁健康状况监测系统发展现状的基础上,并结合理论技术的发展和实际业务的需求,提出了一种基于Hadoop平台的桥梁结构健康监测系统,建立了桥梁结构健康状态评估体系,实现了对桥梁结构安全性参数、功能参数及结构满足性参数的采集与监测,进一步完善了桥梁长期安全性和耐久性的评价评估体系,为桥梁的维护和管理提供了科学的理论参考。
本文对桥梁结构健康监测系统进行了整体设计,选用DER&U法对桥梁的状态评估问题进行了研究,完成了桥梁健康评估系统的体系设计,并在Hadoop开源云计算平台上予以实现,从而实现了对桥梁健康状况的综合评估与长期监测。本课题使用Hadoop Eclipse对云端评估系统进行开发,采用分布式文件系统HDFS对监测数据进行存储和访问,应用Map/Reduce算法对桥梁各环境参数进行计算,使用Hbase分布式数据库对桥梁健康状况进行管理和组织,最后利用XML技术封装数据,采用C/S模式实现对桥梁结构健康监测系统的访问与控制,并对渭河大桥现状进行安全性评估测试,测试结果表明本系统可行。

Generally there are systems of the structure health monitoring in the large bridges at present. Due to multi-sensor located in the bridge for continuous acquisition and enormous data amount transfer for a long time, while the work of analyzing and processing of present bridge structure health monitoring data mostly proceeds in monitoring center at the bridge site field, but bridge site field management agencies rarely equip with professional technical that can fully deal with the massive monitoring data, which often face the phenomenon of large amounts of data that can not receive effective information timely. Cloud computing is a newly emerging solution that can meet the bridge structure health monitoring of massive data processing and professional computing needs. Cloud computing provide related ability to users as a way of service, which allows in the situation of users do not understand service technology, without related knowledge and equipment operational capability, which make the system more intelligent, reduce the intensity and difficulty of human work through the Internet to obtain needed services.
One kind of bridge structure health monitoring system on the basis of the Hadoop platform is proposed in this paper, which based on the analysis of the bridge health monitoring system development situation, also combined with theory development and actual demand, bridge structure health status assessment system is established, the collection and monitoring for the bridge structure security feature parameter, function parameter and structure meet parameter is realized, which make the evaluation system of the bridge long-term security and the durability further perfect, the science theory reference for the bridge maintenance and management is also provided.
The bridge structure health monitoring system is overall designed in this article, bridge condition assessment problem is studied by DER&U, and the system design of the bridge health assessment system is completed, which has carried out in Hadoop open source cloud computing platform. The comprehensive evaluation and the long-term monitoring of the bridge health are realized. The Hadoop eclipse is selected to developing cloud evaluation system in this topic, storing and accessing monitoring data through distributed file system HDFS, calculating the environmental parameters of the bridge used the Map/Reduce algorithm, managing and organizing the state of the bridge health situation by Hbase distributed database. At last, the XML technology is used to seal data, which realized the visit and control of bridge structure health monitoring system by the C/S pattern, furthermore, the security evaluation of Wei River Bridge is tested. The test result shows that this system is feasible.
