近年来,随工业化进程的加快,各行业的机械化程度不断提高,工业产品在生产生 活中的应用普及程度越来越高,因而人们对产品质量检测的要求也越发严格。产品表面 的颜色质量是质量检测中重要的一环,然而检测手法单一,检测精度低,检测技术不成 熟,这些特点严重影响了产品的成品率,因此,迫切需要一种可靠且高效的数字图像色 选分析系统。 本文在深入研究国内外关于产品颜色分析处理技术的分析思路和实验验证的基础 上,比较双线性插值算法与梯度检测插值算法,对双线性插值算法进行了优化,以便于 不同数据格式的图像进行处理;分析了不同颜色模型,对 RGB 色彩空间与 HSV 色彩空 间进行转换,分析了灰度直方图统计算法,以便于直观进行颜色感知;在此基础上,结 合图像处理技术、颜色基础理论,提出一种基于 FPGA 的数字图像色选分析系统。该系 统包含图像采集,图像格式转换,图像缓存,颜色分析和结果显示单元。运用相关的逻 辑运算及颜色处理算法,提取数字图像各像素点 RGB 分量值并与标准颜色分量进行对 比,显示 RGB 分量直方图,判定产品是否合格。通过 VGA 接口将处理结果输出到 VGA 显示器中。经过颜色处理等算法处理的图像,可以清晰辨析产品的表面颜色信息,并显 示结果。 通过对多组产品图像进行对比分析,该数字图像色选分析处理系统能够进行实时图 像采集处理,处理速度高达毫秒级,而经过灰度直方图统计算法显示的分量直方图,能 直观的判断产品是否合格,达到预期的设计目标。经验证本系统能广泛应用于各行业, 有一定的实用价值。

In recent years, modern industrial production technology has developed rapidly, and the degree of mechanization in various industries has continued to increase. Industrial products play an increasingly important role in our lives, and the quality requirements of these industrial products are increasingly stringent, especially in terms of the appearance quality of the product. However, with regard to the current existing product quality inspection methods, the detection methods are too simple and the analysis accuracy is not high enough. These are all important factors that restrict the development of product quality inspection. Therefore, an efficient and reliable color analysis and processing system is urgently needed in the industry. Based on the in-depth study of the analysis ideas and experiments of color analysis at home and abroad, this paper compares the bilinear interpolation algorithm and the gradient detection interpolation algorithm, and optimizes the bilinear interpolation algorithm to facilitate different data formats of image; In order to intuitively perform color perception , this paper analysises different color models, transforms RGB color space to HSV color space, and analysises the gray histogram algorithm; On these basis, combined with image processing technology, color basic theory, this paper proposes a digital image color selection analysis system based on FPGA. The system includes image acquisition, image format conversion, image buffering, color analysis and result display units. Using the relevant logic operation and color processing algorithm, the RGB component values of each pixel of the digital image are extracted and compared with the standard color components, and the RGB component histogram is displayed to determine whether the product is qualified. The result is output to the VGA screen through the VGA interface. Images processed by color analysis algorithms can be clearly distinguished. By analyzing multiple sets of product images, the digital image color selection system can perform image acquisition processing within milliseconds, and the gray histogram can intuitively judge the product, so this system meets the expected design goals. This system can be widely used in various industries, and has certain practical value.
