条带开采作为“三下”采煤的主要方法之一,在我国煤矿矿区被广泛应用。榆神矿区薛庙滩煤矿矿区地表有大量的民房、工厂,通过矿区有四条高压输电线路,国道一条,河流一条及通讯线路等地表保护物。而煤层埋藏浅、基岩薄、松散层厚度大,开采煤层厚度大。研究这种条件下的合理安全开采方法对于矿区可持续发展具有重要意义。 本文在分析薛庙滩矿井地质、采矿及地面保护物的基础上,结合矿井生产技术条件分析,确定采用条带开采方法保护复杂的地面建(构)筑物。通过分析开采煤层上覆基岩、松散层岩性结构及煤层赋存条件,应用A.H.Wilson煤柱强度理论,结合FLAC3D数值模拟计算和相似材料模拟实验,综合分析确定了条带开采方案的采宽、留宽。计算结果表明保留条带煤柱具有足够的支撑强度和长期的稳定性,开采后覆岩移动变形不会引起地表波浪下沉。同时应用概率积分法,预计开采地表移动变形情况,进一步表明条带开采方案能够有效的保护地表建(构)筑物。结果表明,这种综合分析的方法,具有较高的可靠性,是薛庙滩煤矿现有生产技术条件下保护地面建(构)筑物的有效方法之一。

Strip mining mining as the "three under" mining one of main methods, In our coal mine area has been widely used. Yushen coal mine areas of Xue miaotan coal mining surface have plenty of private housings, factories, mine has get through 4 high-tension transmission line, a national highway, a riverand communication lines and other surface protection building. The shallow coal seam mining, the thick alluvium and thin bedrock, thick coal seam mining. Study this condition for the reasonable safety mining methods is of important significance of sustainable development of mining area. Based on the analysis of regional geology, mining and ground protection, Combined with the combination of mine production and technological conditions, determine the use of strip mining methods to protect the mine complex ground construction (structures). By analysis of Xue miaotan mining’s conditions of thick alluvium and thin bedrock, Application A.H.Wilson coal pillar strength theory, numerical simulation FLAC3D and similarmaterials simulation, determine the strip mining plan to retain the supportpillar of sufficient strength and long-term stability, after mining overburden does not cause damage under the surface waves sink led to the surface building(structure) of the buildings damaged. The results show that this comprehensive analysis, with higher reliability, Xue miaotan mining existing production technology protected ground under the building (structure) of the effective methods.
