3GPP长期演进 (LTE,Long Term Evolution)系统在上行链路,要求基站端在有限的频谱带宽下能够为更多的用户提供较高的上行数据传输速率,同时还应满足用户各种服务质量(QoS)要求。实现QoS保障的关键就是能否采用一种有效的MAC层资源调度机制,好的资源调度机制的实现能优化并充分利用有限资源。
上行资源调度技术包括调度算法和相关信令支撑。调度算法包括基于UE的调度算法和基于无线承载(RB)的调度算法。对基于UE的分组调度算法(轮询、最大载干比和正比例公平)进行了分析比较,对基于RB的令牌桶算法进行了分析和流程设计,解决了高优先级RB独占资源的问题。在对上行资源调度关键信令进行分析的基础上,采用C语言在uC/OS-II协议栈开发平台上对UE侧相关资源调度信令进行设计和实现,并在ARM926EJ-S处理器上实现了较长时间的稳定运行。上行资源调度中UE侧BSR(上行缓存区状态报告)、SR(调度请求)及相关层间交互信令的设计和实现使得eNB侧能够及时了解UE侧的上行缓存区待发数据量,从而做出正确的调度指令。
通过在协议栈eNB侧emmi101test模块中加入测试代码进行单元测试,从测试结果分析得出UE侧资源调度信令软件的实现符合当前协议设计标准,实现了UE侧上行调度信令支撑的功能,并达到了与RLC、MAC其他模块信息交互的目的。

3GPP long term evolution system requires the eNB to providethe higher uplink data transfer rate in a limited spectrum bandwidth for more users, and to meet the users all kinds of QoS requirements.The key to achieve the QoS is whether to use an effective MAC layer resource scheduling mechanism.A good realization of resource scheduling mechanism can optimize to ensure the user’s QoS requirements and make a fully used of limited resources.
The uplink resource scheduling technology includes resources of scheduling algorithm and related signaling support.Scheduling algorithm is implemented based on UE and RB scheduling algorithm,compared with the three classic schedule algorithms .The adoption of the token bucket algorithm can makesure that the low priority RB get resources allocation and make the process be designed.On the basis of analysising the uplink related resource scheduling signaling which have been designed and realized in the the uC/OS-II protocol stack bying C language and realized stable operation in the ARM926EJ-S processor for a long time.designed the uplink resource scheduling control signaling between layer 1 and layer 2,scheduling request signaling and Buffer State Report signaling makes the eNB scheduler to get the correct scheduling instructions.
Through the protocol stack emmi101test module in the eNB side to test the software, test results shown that the realization of uplink resource scheduling signaling support not only reached the requirements of function design,but also achieved the goal of an information interaction between RLC and the other moduler of MAC.
