随着农业温室大棚迅速推广和使用,适宜的农作物生长环境下的蔬菜、水果等使人们的生活水平有了明显提高。通过合理、适当地控制农业温室大棚环境因子如CO2浓度、温湿度、光照度等,对于农作物的生长至关重要。在众多的因子中,温度对农作物生长发育,新陈代谢、光合作用等都有着至关重要的影响。
通过对杨凌示范区及周边和陕西部分地区调研、走访后发现,绝大多数的温室大棚种植户仍以家庭单个作业,依然采用传统温度计人工测温,人工操控设备,实时性差、精度低,费时、费力、效率低、投入成本较高。当前市场上的大棚综合因子测控系统因其价格高、操作维护复杂、性价比低,不易被推广到大范围的单个作业的温室大棚用户使用。
为更好地实现对温室大棚环境温度有效测控,以适宜的生长环境提高农作物的产量和质量。本文先基于PROTEUS、Multisim仿真软件平台,设计仿真出了大棚温度测控系统,可自动监测大棚温度,超出预设温度范围时,能发出报警信号,同时能实现控制外接温度调控设备。
最后实际制作出了温度测控系统,并进入农业大棚实际测试。通过进一步完善和改进,实现了成本低廉的、功能稳定的,较为高效的,满足家庭单个作业的农业温室大棚温度测控系统。该系统不仅可用于农业温室大棚温度监测,还可用于冷库、畜牧饲养等场合。

Along with the agriculture greenhouse to be quickly expanded and used, fruits and vegetables, which are suitable for growing crops, have an improved obviously on people's living standards. It is very important to the growth of crop by the environmental factors of agricultural greenhouse, such as concentration of CO2, temperature, humidity, illumination. which are controlled reasonably and appropriately. In numerous factors, temperature has a crucial influence on the growth and development, metabolism and Photosynthesis of crops.
After investigating and visiting the YangLing demonstration area and the surrounding areas and parts of Shaanxi, By the survey and interview with YangLing Demonstration Zone and periphery, and some area of Shaanxi, it is found that the vast majority of greenhouse growers still work with their families, also adopt traditional thermometer to measure the temperature manually, and operate the equipments manually, not only the bad realtime and low accuracy, and waste of the manpower, material resources compare greatly. This makes an lower efficiency and higher cost in prophase. At present, the greenhouse comprehensive factor measurement and control system in the market, because of its high price, complex operation and maintenance, low cost performance, is not easy to be extended to the majority of single job greenhouse users. is expand not easily to majority of family with single homework to use.
In order to measure and control betterly greenhouse environment temperature effectively, using the feat growth environment to enhance the yield and quality of crop, reducing the investment cost of greenhouse effectively, increasing peasant’s income. This text designing a several-points temperature control system of greenhouse, based on the PROTEUS and Multisim simulation software platform design, simulation can automatically monitor the greenhouse temperature, beyond the preset temperature range, can issue alarm signals, then it can control the equipments to work outside of the greenhouse, in order to regulate a right temperature scope to fit the growth of crop.
