航空摄影测量是我国基础测绘手段之一,在地理空间数据的获取与更新中发挥着重要作用。随着数码相机技术的出现、应用和发展,传统的胶片航空摄影已受到挑战,国外已出现了较为成熟的数码航空相机,并已应用于摄影测量生产。论文研究的是以超轻型飞机为飞行摄影平台,利用大面阵CCD数码相机获取航空影像的低空摄影测量。
超轻型飞机数码航空摄影测量具有高分辨率、高成像质量、高几何精度,以及便捷、低成本等特点。论文以经典的数字摄影测量理论为基础,开展了非量测数码相机的高精度量测化研究、超轻型飞行平台的选择与改装、相机简易稳定平台的研制、航空摄影检影器的研制、飞行控制系统的研制以及系统集成等研究工作,并通过两次航摄飞行试验(系统可行性航摄飞行试验和GPS辅助数码空中三角测量航摄飞行试验)论证了超轻型飞机数码航空摄影测量的高精度及其应用于大比例尺地形图测绘的可行性。

The aerial photogrammetry is one of fundamental surveying and mapping methods in our country and of important effects in geo-data requiring and renewing. With the advent, application and progressing of digital-camera technology, the traditional film photograph is being challenged and external digital aerial camera is coming forth and is being applied in photogrammetric production. This paper studies light-air survey based on super-light aircraft platform and large array CCD.
Super-light air digital camera survey is of many good properties, such as high-resolution, high-quality air-photo, high geometric precision, advantage and low costs. This paper is based on classic digital photogrammetric theory and carry on such research work as high-precision measuring on digital camera, selection and refit of super-light airplane, development of simple stationary platform, the instrument of checking image, and control system, and system integration, furthermore, confirms feasibility about its high measurable precision and application in large-scale surveying and mapping by means of two aerial-flying tests (Feasibility about the aerial survey system and Air triangulation based on GPS).
