摘 要 煤矿设备管理工作是煤炭生产管理中的基础工作。随着煤炭行业的不断发展，一方面，煤炭企业在具体的生产运营过程中其设备的复杂性也在不断加强、设备的自动化及机械化程度也在逐步提高，设备的整个生命周期费用总额也越来越高；而另一方面，煤炭企业的生产也越来越依赖机械设备。因而煤炭企业设备管理具有一定的复杂性和重要性。因而本研究以煤炭企业Z公司为研究对象，结合其设备管理的特点，运用理论结合实践的方法，对TPM在Z公司设备管理中应用进行研究。 通过总结与归纳国内外研究现状以及TPM的概念及特点，以此作为全文研究的理论基础。在实地调查的基础上，把握Z公司设备管理现状与存在的主要问题，通过设计与发放调查问卷，分析了煤炭企业推行TPM的关键成功因素，查找Z公司推行TPM的难点，以此作为研究的实践基础。在以上分析研究的基础上，从总体上设计出了Z公司TPM的推进原则、Z公司推行TPM的主要内容等。为了保障TPM设备管理模式在Z公司的顺利推行，从TPM设备管理的意识与氛围的培养、考核与激励机制的设计、人员的培训等多个方面设计了相应的保障措施。 本研究不仅不仅有助于指导企业进一步提高其设备管理水平，进而提升企业的设备运营效率与行业竞争力。同时对于提高煤炭行业设备管理的整体水平也具有一定的参考价值。

ABSTRACT Management of coal mining equipment is foundation work in coal production management . With the continuous development of the coal industry, on the one hand, the complexity of the equipment has been strengthen in the specific operatings production process of the coal companies , the automation and mechanization of quipment is gradually improving and the total cost spending in the entire cycle of the equipment is also more than ever before; on the other hand, the production of coal enterprises are increasingly dependent on mechanical equipment. Thus there is a certain complexity and importance in the device management to the coal enterprise . So, this study take coal enterprises Z Corporation as the study object, refering to its device management features, using the method cf combining theory with practice and doing research on the TPM application in equipment management of Z company. We will conclude and summarize the current esearch statu at home and abroad and the concepts and features , taking which as a theoretical basis for the full text of the study. On the basis of field investigation, we will find out the management status and the Z's main problems, through the design and questionnaires, analyzing the critical success factors for coal enterprises to implement TPM and realizing the difficulties to implement TPM's for Z companie. Basing on the above analysis, we will design the principles to promote TPM in the Z's and main contents of the TPM . In order to protect the TPM device management mode has a smooth implementation in the Z, we will design corresponding safeguards from the trainingawareness and atmosphere of TPM device management to design the system about evaluation and incentives and personnel training. This study will not only conducively imprive equipment management level by guiding enterprises , thereby enhancing operational efficiency and competitiveness of business equipment industry At the same time ,it has some reference value to improve the overall level of the coal industry for equipment management
