随着国家改革步伐的推进,深化科技体制改革也正伴随着改革的春风在我国科技工业领域不断深入。在我国聚乙烯绝缘电缆包皮生产线领域,如何对生产过程进行合理的调控,从而更好的提高生产效率和产品质量成为同行业所面临的亟待解决的问题。 本课题针对榆林学院的“聚乙烯绝缘电线包皮生产线”电机调速系统,采用PLC作为控制器,设计了三相异步电动机自整定调速控制系统。对三相交流电动机的工作原理分析,对异步电动机转矩/转速特性及负载转矩特性、磁通恒定时转矩/转速特性、定子电压恒定时转矩/转速特性进行比较,并对影响卷线质量的主要因素进行了分析,确定了采用PLC对卷线机进行控制的方案。在对控制系统的硬件结构进行设计的同时增加了系统主回路的过压、欠压、超载、过热、光电编码器回馈断线、制动异常等保护。其中由软硬件配合对故障信号进行检测,一旦出现保护信号,则通过软件控制逻辑立即发出封锁PWM驱动的信号。设计了自整定的PID控制算法对卷线机的主电机进行实时控制。经实验测试验证,并与常规的PID控制效果进行对比,自整定PID方式所确定的PID控制器参数使系统本身的控制性能得到大幅提高,且运行安全、可靠、动作准确。 卷线机系统采用S7—200(小型的可编程控制器),通过设计软件程控实现对电机的运行速度即转速的调节,使其能够按照慢速、中速、快速的状态来运转;当生产线生产出来的电线出现脱皮,或保护套覆盖不完全的情况时,便对生产线电机进行减速调节;当在单丝退火以及类似生产环节中,出现的由于电机运行速度过慢而造成的电线外皮过厚、拥包或塑料挤出口损坏等各类问题时,便对电机转速进行加速调节;这样便可满足实际生产过程的需求,从而也达到本次设计的目的。

Aim at the Yulin College "polyethylene insulated wire wrapping production line" motor speed control system, PLC as a controller, a three-phase induction motor speed control system of auto-tuning is designed.
