本课题是以泰安磐然测控科技有限公司ZRJ-03C智能化热工仪表检定装置的升级改造项目为背景,在分析优化检定装置硬件和软件的基础上,根据相关检定规程的要求设计并实现了以Windows CE嵌入式操作系统为核心的热工仪表检定装置。充分利用嵌入式操作系统的可靠性高、功能强、灵活方便等特点,将嵌入式技术应用与计量行业这一传统领域。同时,设计了针对热工检定领域专用的信号源,并得到了良好的使用效果。 硬件方面,在分析了检定装置性能指标的基础上,设计了以S3C2410处理器为核心的工控板,该工控板中包括了多种存储器及通信接口。另外,对检定装置中信号源的硬件设计做了较为详细的分析,包括信号源的工作原理、印制板的设计、D/A转换器的设计、低通滤波器的选择、温度系数的控制等。 软件方面,使用Platform Builder5.0生成了Windows CE5.0的映像,并对其进行了必要的优化。通过EVC软件编写了基于Windows CE5.0操作系统的热工仪表检定程序,实现了硬件的配置和整个检定装置的所有控制功能。包括启动信息相关窗口、上位机程序主界面及菜单栏的设计。并最终实现了使用S3C2410工控板代替通用计算机的设计目标。此外,还对信号源的程序设计做了较为详细的分析。 通过对热工仪表检定装置进行现场调试,表明该装置的设计实现了预期的全部功能,并取得了较好的效果。

The subject is made under the background of ZRJ-03C intelligent thermal verification instrument device upgrading projects of Taian Panran Measurement & Control Scl-Tech.,Ltd. An thermal verification instrument device with Windows CE embedded operating system is designed and realized according to analysis and optimization of hardware and software.Also,this device is designed in line with the requirements of relevant verification regulations. The device take full advantage of embedded operating systems features which including high reliability, powerful, flexible and convenient.Thus, embedded technology will be applied to the traditional areas of measurement industry. At the same time,a signal source which special used for thermal industry field is designed. And get a good result in practice. As to the hardware, The subject designed a industrial control board which use S3C2410 as processor and include variety of memorys and communication interfaces. In addition, the subject also make a detailed analysis of signal source which as a part of verification instrument device.This analysis include working principle of signal source, PCB design of D / A converter, selection of low-pass filter, temperature coefficient control and so on. As to software,a optimized Windows CE5.0 image is generated by Platform Builder 5.0. The verification instrument device software based on Windows CE5.0 operating system is Programmed by EVC.The software implement the hardware configuration and the verification instrument device for all control functions which include information window on initial, host computer interface and the main menu bar design.At last,realize the design objective of using S3C2410 industrial control board to replace the general computer. In addition, the subject also make a detailed analysis of software design of signal source. The device is expected to achieve the full functionality through on-site verification instrument device debugging, and have achieved ideal results.
