技术改造和技术创新,是一个国家发展进步的灵魂,是企业核心竞争力的体现。徐州电厂作为有十几年历史的老厂,曾经并正在为江苏省的经济作出巨大贡献。但眼下徐州电厂一期机组存在设备陈旧,自动化水平不高,机组效率低下的问题,面临着技术结构转型。设备位置分散,测量、监视和控制的技术集成较少,较大的浪费了人力,并存在较多的安全隐患,严重影响了生产力的发展。
本文研究的内容基于华润徐州电厂一期机组的DCS(分散控制系统,Distributed Control System)改造实际需求。本文对DCS在国内外发展现状进行了综述,对电厂燃油系统做了介绍和分析,对华润徐州电厂原有DCS的状况和缺陷进行了详细分析,结合对其他电厂的调研结果,在进行了风险性和经济性评估后,给出了DCS改造的具体要求和方案。在此基础上,结合燃油系统的功能需求,制定了将燃油控制系统整合到DCS中的具体目标。
在制定了具体目标的基础上,对DCS系统进行了选择,选定新华控制技术公司推出的XDPS-400e作为本次改造的DCS设备。本文对改造的软硬件配置进行了分析, 在原有DCS硬件配置的基础上再行优化改造配置,将燃油系统的DCS子系统纳入电厂的整个DCS系统之中,并设计了燃油DCS子系统控制逻辑图的监控组态,绘制了主菜单截面图,并设计了各逻辑图的软件组态,选取了其中之一作为典型软件组态进行介绍。将所有软件组态设计完成后,将燃油控制系统整合到了DCS系统中,给出了主菜单界面图,重点分析了两个具有代表性的操作界面,完成所有软件的组态设计。最后给出了系统维护保养的注意事项。该系统目前已经在徐州电厂投入运行,完全达到了预期的设计目标,显著提高了燃油系统的安全运行水平,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。

Technical alteration and innovation is not only the soul of a country's development and progress, but also the manifestation of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Pengcheng Power Plant as the old factory with 24 years of history has been and is to make a significant contribution for the economy in Jiangsu Province. But there have been problems in now Pengcheng Power Plant, for example, the units of phase I have been Presence of obsolete equipment, automation level has been not high, the efficient has been low etc. Faced with the technical transition, equipment scattered locations, fewer integration of measurement, monitoring and control technology, larger waste of manpower, and more security risks, these have seriously affected the development of the productive forces.
The research content of this paper is based on actual alteration demand of the units DCS (distributed control system) of phase I in Pengchen Power Plant. In this article, the DCS development status at home and abroad is reviewed, the power plant fuel system is introduced and analysed, the conditions and defects of the original DCS in Pengcheng Power Plant are analysed into detail, combined with the findings of other power plants, specific requirements and plans of the DCS alteration are given by the risk and economic assessment. On the basis, combined with the functional requirements of the fuel system, specific objectives of fuel control system integrated into the DCS are set up.
On the basis of established specific goals, the DCS system is selected, XDPS-400e of Xinhua Control Technology Company is selected as the DCS equipment of the alteration. In this paper, the alteration of the hardware and software configuration is analyzed. On the basis of the existing DCS hardware configuration, the alteration configuration is optimized and retrofited, the DCS subsystem of fuel system is built into the DCS system of the power plant, and the monitoring configuration of control logic diagram of fuel DCS subsystem is designed, the cross section diagram of the main menu is drawed, and the software configuration of each logic diagram is designed, the one of them is selected as a typical software configuration and described. After all software configuration designed and completed, the fuel control subsystem is integrated into the DCS system, the main menu interface is given, two typical operating interface is analyzed, all of the configuration software design is completed. At last, the system maintenance is given. The system is put into operation in Pengcheng power plant. The system completely achieved the expected design target, improved the safe operation of the level of the fuel system, and has achieved obvious economic benefits and social benefits.
