随着社会主义市场经济的高速发展,建筑行业也迎来了发展的好时机。但是因其规模大、复杂性强、工期长等特点,建设工程从项目开始至结束,影响项目的风险因素非常多,因此深入研究项目风险管理非常重要。目前工程项目建设在成本、质量和施工期内往往存在失控的现象,其传统的影响因素,如管理方法的偏差和落后的管理方法是失去控制的原因。在建设项目中,项目风险是很重要的因素之一,项目风险被低估,就会缺少有效的应对方法和检查管理体系,将会导致建设项目造成巨大的损失。识别、评估和控制风险,显得尤其重要。这不仅仅是项目管理理论的完善,还将指导建设项目管理的实践。

本文介绍了在风险管理过程中,需要什么样的组织结构、采用何种管理模块,怎样判别、剖析、面对、掌控和监视风险,这些能够使企业更好地应对和驾驭。目前在建筑企业(具有土木工程建设项目的不确定性的特点)中,以项目风险管理角度为出发点,为了保证项目圆满结束,总结出一系列项目风险规避工作中的难题,然后从工程项目建设的具体过程出发,以WA项目实施过程中的风险管控为例采用风险管控的相关理论和方式研究该项目在风险管控中风险判别、剖析和评定方式,最后对项目风险应对措施进行了系统总结。

本文采用理论和实证相结合的方法。理论研究包括联系项目建设的实际流程,采用风险管控的理论和模式,讨论了工程项目投资风险的识别、评价、规划和控制方法;实证研究以WA项目为研究对象并对其风险管理方法和技术进行了分析。利用项目风险管控理论模式,对风险管控进行了剖析系统化的总结了项目中风险的判别、剖析、面对、掌控和监视,并针对性的提出了解决对策。通过本文的研究,一方面将为今后企业的项目风险管理提供理论和实践参考,使企业可以进一步完善项目风险管理工作,让项目可以依照计划顺利进行,从而使工程质量、进度、费用三大目标得以控制和实施,达到了减少风险危害程度的效果。另一方面将本文研究成果运用到当前的同类建筑中,丰富了我国同类建筑的风险管理研究,对我国的建筑工程项目风险管理理论起着一定的推动借鉴作用。

With the rapid development of the socialist market economythe construction industry has also ushered in a good time for development. Howeverdue to its large scalecomplex complexity and long construction periodthe construction project starts from the beginning to the end of the projectand there are many risk factors affecting the project. Thereforeit is very important to study the project risk management in depth. At presentthe construction of project projects often has a phenomenon of out of control during costquality and construction period. The traditional influencing factorssuch as the deviation of management methods and backward management methodsare the reasons for loss of control. In construction projectsproject risk is one of the most important factors. If the project risk is underestimatedthere will be no effective response measures and supervision systemwhich will cause huge losses to the construction project. Identifyingassessing and controlling risks is especially important. This is not only the improvement of project management theorybut also the construction project management practice.

This paper describes what kind of organizational structurewhat kind of risk management modelhow to identify risksanalyze risksdeal with riskscontrol risks and monitor risks in the risk management processwhich can enable enterprises to better cope with and control. At presentin the construction enterprise (with the characteristics of uncertainty of civil engineering construction projects)taking the project risk management perspective as the starting point and ensuring the smooth completion of the projectthe problem of how to effectively carry out project risk management is proposedand then from the project Based on the specific process of project constructionthe risk management of W plant A project is used as evidence. The principles and methods of project risk management are used to explore various risk identificationanalysis and evaluation methods in the risk management process. Finallythe project risk response measures are taken. A systematic summary was made.

This paper uses a combination of theoretical and empirical methods. Theoretical research includes starting from the specific process of engineering project constructionusing the principles and methods of project risk managementdiscussing the identificationevaluationplanning and control methods of engineering project investment risk; empirical research takes W plant A project as the research object and Risk management methods and techniques were analyzed. Using the principles and methods of project risk managementthe risk management of the project was analyzedand various risk identificationanalysis and evaluation methods and project risk response measures in the project risk management process were systematically summarized. Through the research in this paperon the one handit will provide theoretical and practical reference for project risk management of enterprises in the futureso that enterprises can further improve project risk management and make the project proceed smoothly according to the planso that the three objectives of project qualityschedule and cost can be achieved. Control and implementation have achieved the effect of reducing the risk of harm. On the other handapplying the research results of this paper to the current similar buildings enriches the risk management research of similar buildings in Chinaand plays a certain role in promoting the risk management theory of construction projects in China.
