非线性理论在当今社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用,本文以非线性系统理论中的突变理论为工具,研究了煤矿下钻孔在荷载作用下的突变性,通过实验分析了预带钻孔煤样单轴压缩数据中突变性存在类型,以及孔周围的突变规律,并给出了煤矿钻孔工人基于突变理论指导下的科学管理建议。 文章从定性、定量两个方面,分析了煤矿钻孔外部荷载对孔的受力情况。通过屈服区荷载,弹性区荷载以及区段煤层的荷载公式构建孔在荷载作用下的能量函数,然后借助泰勒公式,截尾,进而得到尖点突变模型。理论分析了突变函数根的存在情况,得出钻孔中突变性存在与荷载的关系。接着,文章对煤粉、粉煤灰以及水以质量比11:2:7配制而成的预带钻孔煤样,采用DDL200电子万能试验机以单轴压缩方式进行实验,得到应变数据。通过MATLAB数学软件绘制多个时间段应变数据的网状图,并找到数据变化剧烈的区域,通过对数据进行函数拟合,得出了能满足突变模型条件的函数式。通过具体对比尖点突变模型和蝴蝶突变模型的拟合优度,选取了更适合的蝴蝶突变模型分析了应变数据,得出了预带钻孔煤样应变数值发生突变的时间点,以及函数根的变化情况,并分析了钻孔周围的稳定性变化。此外,本文为了研究钻孔突变性带来的安全影响,通过调查问卷的形式,调查了钻孔矿工局部心理状态,发现了钻孔突变性带来的安全问题,会使矿工心理产生突变反应,这表现在钻孔矿工辞职和努力工作之间的选择,为了说明这一问题,文章运用尖点突变模型的方法论述了钻孔矿工努力工作与辞职之间的心理活动,并提出消除钻孔矿工心理突变性的建议。 本文通过运用突变理论模型,为煤矿钻孔中突变性应用提供思路,并给人们了解煤矿钻孔,分析预带钻孔煤样突变规律,解决钻孔矿工心理活动突变性提供了理论支持,从而为更好的分析钻孔,运用理论理解煤矿钻孔突变问题奠定基础。

The nonlinear theory plays an increasingly important role in the development of today's society. In this paper, the catastrophe theory of the nonlinear system theory is used as the tool to study the mutability of the drilling under the load, analyzed the types of catastrophe in the uniaxial compression data of the pre-drilling coal and the mutation rule around the hole and gived the scientific management suggestions of the coal mine drilling workers based on the catastrophe theory. Based on the aspects of qualitative and quantitative, this thesis analyze the stress of the hole in the external load, and, the energy function of the hole under the load is constructed by the load of the yield zone. The load of the elastic zone and the load formula of the section coal seam is been studied. By using the Taylor formula, truncation, the cusp catastrophic model is obtained, and the existence of the root of the mutation function is analyzed theoretically. The relationship between the existence of the mutation in the drilling and the load is obtained. Then, the article put up with pulverized coal, fly ash and water with the ratio of 11:2:7, uses the DDL200 electronic universal testing machine to experiment with the uniaxial compression experiment to get strain data. Multiple time strain data of mesh map is gotten by using the mathematical software MATLAB, and find the data change severely area, through the study of the function to do data fitting, the function formula can satisfy the condition of the mutation model. Based on the comparison of the cusp catastrophic model and butterfly mutation model, the more suitable butterfly mutation model is selected to analyze the strain data, with drilling coal sample is obtained strain numerical mutation point in time, as well as the function changes of the root and analyze the stability of the surrounding drilling changes. In addition, this article investigate the local drilling miners psychological state by the form of questionnaires for the study of safety effects of drilling abruptness, and draw a conclusion that the rigidity of the drilling mutation caused by the safety of miners will cause a sudden response, which is reflected in the drilling of miners resignation and work between the choice. The article uses the cusp catastrophic model to discuss drilling miners between work hard with resignation of psychological activity, for the safety in production and for the miners management, and put forward the proposal to eliminate the psychological mutation of drilling miners. In this paper, by using of catastrophe theory model, this thesis propose ideas of mutability applied in drilling of coal mines, and making people to understand the coal mine drilling mutation, analyzed drilling coal samples with mutation regularity, and provide theoretical support for the changes of mental activity of drilling miners for people to have a better understanding of the coal mine drilling, and lay the foundation for analyzing the drilling well and understanding the theory of coal mine drilling mutation problem.
