随着全球气候变化和环境问题的日益严峻,绿色金融逐渐成为推动经济结构转型和促进可持续发展的重要手段。作为绿色金融的重要组成部分,绿色信贷业务引导资金流向节能环保和低碳减排项目,在实现碳达峰、碳中和目标中发挥了关键作用。Y分行作为A银行下属的一家地方性商业银行,积极响应国家政策和市场需求,将绿色信贷业务作为发展的战略重点之一。本文旨在全面分析Y分行绿色信贷业务的发展现状、存在的问题及其面临的外部环境,并通过定量与定性相结合的方法提出绿色信贷业务发展战略,为Y分行在绿色金融领域的可持续发展提供科学依据和实践指导。

本文首先采用PEST分析法,从政策、经济、社会和技术等多维度分析了Y分行绿色信贷业务的外部发展环境,揭示了政策支持、市场需求增长及金融科技应用为其带来的机遇与挑战;通过问卷调研对Y分行绿色信贷业务的客户认知度、客户需求及市场接受度进行了详细分析,研究发现客户对绿色信贷产品的了解度相对较低,但对于绿色信贷产品的潜在需求较大;通过对调研结果的分析,深入探讨了Y分行在组织架构、风险管理和产品体系上的内部现状,发现其在风险管理和产品多样性上具有优势,但在人力资源配置、审批流程复杂性及产品创新能力等方面存在改进空间;运用SWOT分析评估了Y分行绿色信贷业务的内部优势与劣势,并结合QSPM矩阵对五大潜在发展战略进行量化分析,最终确定“深化绿色金融生态系统”为最优发展战略,并将“优化风险管理与合规体系”及“推进数字化转型”作为辅助战略。

研究表明,Y分行在未来发展中应以“深化绿色金融生态系统”为核心,依托科技赋能和完善风险管理体系,进一步提升绿色信贷业务的市场竞争力;应加强与政府、环保组织及产业链上下游企业的合作,推动绿色信贷业务的全流程数字化转型,提升业务管理效率与客户服务水平。本文的研究有助于Y分行在绿色金融市场中占据领先地位,为实现区域经济的绿色转型和可持续发展贡献更大力量;也可为其他商业银行绿色信贷业务发展战略的研究提供有益参考。

With the increasing severity of global climate change and environmental issues, green finance has gradually become an important means of promoting economic restructuring and sustainable development. As a key component of green finance, green credit directs funds toward energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and low-carbon emission projects, playing a critical role in achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals. Y Branch, a local commercial bank under A Bank, actively responds to national policies and market demands, making green credit a strategic focus of its development. This paper aims to comprehensively analyze the current development status, existing problems, and external environment of Y Branch’s green credit business. It also proposes development strategies for green credit by combining quantitative and qualitative methods, providing scientific basis and practical guidance for Y Branch’s sustainable development in the field of green finance.

Firstly, the paper employs the PEST analysis method to analyze the external development environment of Y Branch's green credit business from multiple dimensions, including policy, economy, society, and technology. This reveals that policy support, market demand growth, and financial technology applications present both opportunities and challenges. Through a questionnaire survey, the paper conducts a detailed analysis of customer awareness, demand, and market acceptance of Y Branch’s green credit business. The study finds that while customers have relatively low awareness of green credit products, there is significant potential demand for them. Based on the survey results, the paper delves into the internal status of Y Branch in terms of organizational structure, risk management, and product system. It finds that while Y Branch has strengths in risk management and product diversity, there is room for improvement in human resource allocation, the complexity of approval processes, and product innovation capabilities. By using SWOT analysis, the paper evaluates Y Branch's internal strengths and weaknesses, and combines a QSPM matrix to quantitatively analyze five potential development strategies, ultimately identifying "deepening the green financial ecosystem" as the optimal strategy. Additionally, "optimizing the risk management and compliance system" and "promoting digital transformation" are suggested as supplementary strategies.

The research indicates that Y Branch should focus on "deepening the green financial ecosystem" as its core development strategy in the future. By leveraging technology and improving its risk management system, Y Branch can further enhance the market competitiveness of its green credit business. It should also strengthen cooperation with the government, environmental organizations, and enterprises along the industrial chain to promote the full-process digital transformation of its green credit business, thereby improving business management efficiency and customer service levels.

The findings of this study help Y Branch establish a leading position in the green finance market, contributing more significantly to the green transformation and sustainable development of the regional economy. It also provides valuable insights for other commercial banks in developing strategies for green credit business growth.
