本文在马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论、公民道德实施纲要和素质教育理论体系的支撑下,坚持唯物辩证法,采用文献法、调查研究法、多学科理论交叉研究和实践性研究相结合,以理论研究为主的方法研究素质教育过程中大学生健全人格的培养问题。首先对素质教育提出的背景、实施进行分析,并就素质教育这一理念做了详细说明,总结出社会发展要求人才不仅具备丰富的科学文化素质,还应具备优秀的政治、思想道德、身体、心理和创新等素质,认为素质教育核心就是培养人的全面发展;其次,人格是否健全及现代化既是经济全球化、科技发展和社会进程民主化的必然要求,也是社会主义市场经济和人类社会发展的一个关键性因素。本文对人格和人格教育的概念进行了解释说明,并从现实出发对健全人格进行科学定位。在此基础上对当代大学生的人格现状做了分析,发现当代部分大学生中存在着病态的、扭曲的人格。根据社会发展对人才的要求和大学生主体对人格的自我完善要求,本文提出当代大学生的理想人格目标是具有创新精神为特征的现代化健全人格;最后提出在素质教育过程中如何培养大学生健全人格的有效途径和具体方法,主要途径有三个:学校教育、社会教育和家庭教育;具体方法有情感教育法、品质教育法、生活教育法、榜样示范法、启发式教育方法和自我教育法等,为培养健全人格提供新的理论观点与方法。本文旨在坚持马克思主义原则的基础上积极倡导健全人格的发展,通过对人格教育的研究,探索出一条适合于新时期人格教育的新思路、新方法,对我国开展素质教育起一定的理论补充作用,并对健全人格教育的实践活动有一定的借鉴意义。

This text implements under the support of the theory of people's development of theoretical system in Marxism in an all-round way, the outline of citizen's morals and the quality-oriented education, adhere to materialism dialectics, adopt document law, investigations law, the cross research of the multi-disciplinary theory and practicality that combined together, the method relying mainly on theoretical research to study the cultivation problem of university student's perfect personality during the course of the quality-oriented education. Firstly, analyze the background, implementation of the quality-oriented education put forward, and has done elaboration on this idea of quality-oriented education, summarize talents of social demand for development and not merely possess abundant scientific and cultural qualities, should also possess such quality as outstanding politics, thought morals, health, psychology and innovation, etc. I think the quality-oriented education core is to cultivate the people’s overall development; Secondly, the sound and modernized personality is the requirement of the economic globalization, the development of science and technology and social process democratization at full speed, it is a key factor of socialist market economy and human social development too. This text has been explained the concept of the personality and personality education, I orient the perfect personality from the reality. Having made analysis to the personality current situation of contemporary university students on this basis, and discovered that some contemporary university students had morbid and screwy personality. According to the requirement of the self-perfection to personality of the university student and the requisition of social development for talent, this text put forward that the ideal personality goal of contemporary university students is the student has initiative spirit as the modernized perfect personality of the characteristic; Finally, put forward effective way and concrete method that to train university student's perfect personality in the course of implementing quality-oriented education. There are three main ways: School education, social education and home education; The concrete methods are the law of affective education, educational law of quality, educational law of life, model's demonstration law, heuristic educational method and self-education law, etc., which will offer new theories and methods for training perfect personality. The purpose of this text advocates the development of perfect personality actively on the basis of insisting on Marxism principle, through studying on personality education, explore one new method that suited on personality education in new times, plays certain theory and supplements function to our country launches quality-oriented education, and there are certain reference meanings in the practice activities of the perfect personality education.
