高层建筑在我国发展迅速,其高度越来越大,结构型式也越来越复杂,高层建筑的抗震设计变得更加困难和复杂。为了追求标新立异的建筑效果,结构通常是不规则的。研究表明,建筑结构的平面不规则性对结构的抗震性能有重要影响。所以,按照现行抗震规范要求,采取合理的分析模型和扭转计算控制指标,对结构布置的不规则程度进行评定。本文以某研究所的办公楼为依托,对平面不规则框架—剪力墙结构的抗震性能展开研究。 首先,根据国内外的研究成果,对结构扭转破坏机理、扭转变形及影响结构扭转效应的主要因素与控制要求做了简要分析,并探讨平面不规则结构弹塑性补充分析的必要性与地震反应分析方法。 其次,基于平面不规则的抗震设计理论,对平面不规则的框架—剪力墙结构进行模态分析和弹性时程分析,分析了结构的扭转周期比、位移比、弹性阶段的层间位移角等控制指标。 再次,对平面不规则框剪结构进行水平双向地震力作用下的动力弹塑性分析,得出结构的顶点位移、层间位移角的计算结果,并判断其是否满足抗震性能要求,确定结构薄弱层出现的位置。 最后,基于结构在以上两种不同分析状态下的顶点位移、层间位移角和薄弱层等分析结果;评估该结构在双向地震力作用下的抗震性能,在结构优化设计方面给出了一些工程设计建议。

In our country, high-rise buildings is developing rapidly, and its height is getting bigger and bigger, the structure is becoming more and more complex, and the seismic design of high-rise building is becoming more difficult and complicated. In order to pursue the better architectural effect, the structure is usually irregular. Studies show that building structure of plane irregularity has important influence on seismic performance of structures. According to the current seismic code requirements, taking reasonable analysis model and a reverse calculation control index to assess the degree of irregular structure arrangement. In this paper, based on a research office building, the seismic performance of this project is studied. Firstly, according to the domestic research achievements and the oversea research achievements. Briefly analyses of structural torsion failure mechanism, torsional deformation and the influence of the structural torsion effect of the main factors and control requirements are given, and discursions on the necessity of elastic and plastic complementary analysis and seismic response analysis method of plane irregular structure. Secondly, based on the theory of plane irregular seismic design, Modal analysis and elastic time history analysis of the frame shear wall structure with irregular plane frame are carried out by using the software of surplus construction.Through the analysis of the structure of the torsion period ratio, displacement ratio, elastic stage of the layer displacement angle and other control parameters. Again, using surplus of nonlinear calculation module, the dynamic elastic plastic analysis of the irregular plane frame shear wall structure under bidirectional horizontal seismic force, draw the calculation results of top displacement of the structure, the interlayer displacement angle,and determine whether they meet the seismic performance requirements to determine the structural weak layer position. Finally, based on the analysis results of top displacement, story displacement angle and weak layer of structure in the above two different analysis conditions, the seismic behavior of the structure under bidirectional earthquake action is evaluated. And some engineering suggestions are given in the aspect of structural optimization design.
