,并制约经理人市场的形成。社会信用体系的不完备、经理人市场的不健全以及相应
激励约束机制和政策法规的缺失使我国职业经理人的信用问题表现得尤为突出。对这一
问题,国外学者做过诸多研究,提出了一些解决方案。国内学者试图借鉴国外的成功经
验,但是由于经济、文化背景的差异,对促进国内职业经理人信用问题的解决效果并不
显著。
在对我国职业经理人成长背景和信用现状进行分析的基础上,本文运用博弈论的方
法对职业经理人的信用问题进行了分析,得出了建立职业经理人信用评价体系可以使经
理人市场参与主体的有限次重复博弈在声誉机制的作用下获得“合作均衡’的结论。该
体系的建立使得职业经理人市场中信息不对称的问题迎刃而解,未尝不是解决我国职业
经理人信用问题的一个好途径.为此,本文参考国内外相关研究并结合我国实际,设计
了我国职业经理人信用评价体系的总体框架和业务流程,确定了体系的运营模式,讨论
了信用评价机构、数据库、监管部门和行业协会的建设等问题,并运用层次分析法和模
糊数学的方法建立了职业经理人信用评价指标体系和评价模型。最后,提出了职业经理
人信用评价体系实旄应注意的相关问题。
文本希望建立科学、合理、具备可操作性的职业经理人信用评价体系,从而为理论
界或政府相关部门解决我国职业经理人信用问题提供可借鉴的思路。

system’s incompleteness,the manager markets’imperfectness,the loss of the mechanism in
encomagement and restriction,and policy laws and regulations made the problem of our
country’s professional lnanagers’credits especially promine吐To this question’some
ova'scas’scholars have done much work On it;they also have given some plans to solve the
questio也Some domestic scholars tried to simulate the successful expcrience舶m foreigners;
however,for the difference in economic and cultural background,the result that they solved in
domestic professional managfil瞎’credits didn't prominent.
On the basic ofthe analysis in哪country professional managers’growth backgrounds
and credits present situation,this article analyzed the professional mmlager$’credits questions
by the methods of gambling theories,and drew all conclusion that establishing professional
managers’credits evaluation system could make limited and repeated gambling of managers
markets'participated main body get"co-operation balance”.The establishment ofthis system
easily solved the questions that the information砒professional mana誉稿’credits啷not
symmetrical and it also was a good way to solve the problem in our professional managers’
credits.So,basing on the analyses of domestic and OVCfSeas’research achievement and
combining our country’s facts,this article designed a total frame and business flowing of oⅢ
professional manager$’credits evaluation system,established this system’S running model and
discussed the construction problems of main evaluation body,database,government charge
department and legal system,profession ISOC and emphasized Oil evaluation target and
methods ofprofessional managel憾’credits by level analysis and ambiguous mathematics’way.
