矿井通风系统的安全性评价是一个由定性和定量相结合、相互关联、相互制约的众多因素构成的复杂系统决策问题。合理地评价矿井通风系统对矿井通风日常技术管理、通风系统优化改造、矿井安全生产具有十分重要的意义。
论文在综述了矿井通风系统安全评价发展概况、矿井通风系统基本理论与技术的基础上,通过分析矿井通风系统的特点、通风系统可靠性、稳定性等,运用事故树分析法确定了通风方式合理性、通风网络合理性、矿井风流稳定性、通风动力系统可靠度、通风系统管理及设施规范性共五个评价准则层21项指标,将矿井风流的稳定性引入评价指标体系,增强了指标体系的客观性和科学性。根据矿井通风系统安全性评价的研究现状选用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法对该指标体系中各影响因素之间以及其对整体通风系统影响的重要程度进行了分析。在对矿井通风系统进行评价的基础上辅以稳定性和可靠性分析,实现定性与定量结合的评价思想。
论文结合李子垭矿井通风阻力测定项目,对该矿的通风系统进行了实际深入的调研,运用模糊综合评价法结合本文建立的指标体系进行评价,评价结果与其实际情况基本吻合,指出了该矿通风系统整体状况的优劣及通风系统中存在的问题,为该矿的通风系统改造和优化以及决策提供了较为可靠的依据。同时,达到了评价及分析结果符合客观实际的预期的目标。

The mine ventilation system's safety assessment is a numerous and complicated decision-making system which combines qualitative and quantitative analysis, and includes many factors Interrelated and mutually constrained. It’s very significant to carry out assessment of the mine ventilation system to the daily technical management of mine ventilation, the ventilation system optimization transformation and the mine safety production.
On the basis of summarizing the development of mine ventilation system safety assessment, the mine ventilation system elementary theory and technology, through the analysis of characteristic, stability and reliability of mine ventilation system, used accident tree analytic method to determine 21 indexes which include five assessment criteria level, the ventilates the way rationality, the well ventilated network rationality, the mine pit loose stability, well ventilated dynamic system reliability, the ventilation system management and the facility standards, put the mine airflow stability in assessment index system, strengthened index system's objectivity and science. According to the research status of the assessment of mine ventilation system, choose the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive assessment to analyze each influencing factor as well as to the whole ventilation system influencing importantce in assessment index system. With the foundation of assessment of mine ventilation system, analyzed stability and reliability of mine ventilation system, realized the qualitative and quantitative ideas of assessment.
With the ventilation resistance project of the mine named liziya, carried on the actual and thorough investigation and study of the ventilation system, carried on the assessment using fuzzy comprehensive assessment combined the assessment index system proposed above, the results basically tallies with its actual situation, pointed out the superiority and inferior of this mine ventilation system overall conditions, for the question of ventilation system, provided reliable basis for transforming and the optimizing this mime ventilation system as well as the decision-making, at the same time, achieved the expected goal which the assessment results conforms to the objective reality.
