在现今激烈的竞争环境压力下以及周围环境的恶化,耳鸣已经成为影响人们的一种主要疾病。耳鸣治疗仪系统在国外发展比较迅速,而在国内则处于缓慢发展阶段,且临床效果不是太好。本系统是在经过多家医院临床验证取得良好效果的山西康丽声医疗器械有限公司研制的LS-Ⅲ型耳鸣康复仪的基础上进行的进一步改进设计。 该系统在耳鸣掩蔽疗法的基础上,根据国家标准,采用一通道一板子的设计思路,研制出了具有良好人机交互界面的集耳鸣检测和治疗为一体化系统。该系统能发出纯音、啭音、窄带噪声和自然声等声音信号,并可对信号进行一定精度的响度和频率调节。声音信号采用数字化处理,利用主控芯片8051F330的IDA0H进行电流的数模转换。硬件电路主要是由用于强度衰减的多级可调衰减网络、功率驱动电路、电阻匹配电路、负载耳机、电源电路等几个功能模块所构成。采用模块化设计并采取了一系列的抗干扰措施。整个系统利用软件编程来精简硬件电路,可靠性和精度得到提高的同时还降低了成本。 上位机采用Lab Window/CVI编写,利用数据库技术对用户档案进行存储、调用和管理。制定了较为规范的上下位机通信协议,实时显示医生所设置的参数,通过CAN总线将信号参数传送给下位机控制其执行相应的操作。上位机软件利用单片机的外部中断获取反馈信息,进行掩蔽曲线的绘制以及治疗参数的存储。 该系统在实验调试阶段,上下位机通信良好,操作简单方便。经过北京中国计量科学研究院的检测,纯音和窄带噪声的最大声强级达到了国家标准,并可进行步进为1dB的强度控制,频率误差较小,系统可存储十几种自然声并进行不失真输出。

In the current competitive environment and under the pressure from the surrounding deteriorate environment, people's tinnitus has become a major disease. The tinnitus curing instrument system develops rapidly in foreign countries, but slow in the domestic and not very good in clinical results. On the basis of LS-Ⅲ type of the tinnitus curing system developed by shanxi kanglisheng acoustic mountain, the system make a deep development. Using one channel of one board design, the system has developed a intelligent detection and treatment of tinnitus integration system with good human-computer interaction interface on the base of the national standards and the therapy of tinnitus masking. The system can issue a pure tone, tone twitter, narrowband noise and natural sound of the voice signal, and can adjust the loudness and frequency of the signals with some accuracy. The voice signals use the digital deal and later in the process of the digital-analog conversion by the use of the IDA0H of the 8051F330. The system consist of the multi-level adjustable attenuation networks using for intensity attenuation, power driver circuit, resistor matching circuits, load headphones, power supply circuit such some function modules. The paper uses the method of Modular design. And take a series of anti-interference measures. The entire system uses software to streamline the hardware circuit in order to improve the reliability and accuracy the same with reducing costs. The PC software uses LabWindows/CVI as the method to design the software, and take the advantage of the database technology to store and management call the user files. Developed a more standardized communication protocol, the paper can display the real-time of the parameters set up by the doctor. Through the CAN bus the signal parameters can be transmitted to the next-bit machine to control its implementation of the corresponding operation. The system can mask the curve mapping and store the treatment parameters by the feedback information obtained by the MCU external interrupt. At the debug the system and experimental stage, the system has good communication and the simple and convenient operation. After China Metrology Institute of Science and Technology in Beijing test, the largest sound of the pure tone and narrow-band noise has reached the national standard. And also it can be carried out for the 1dB step intensity control. The frequency error is smaller, the system can store a dozen of natural sounds and make them output
