摘 要 在信息化时代，成人高等教育网络化已成为必然趋势和教育手段，由于成人在职，集中学习难度大的特点，通过建立成人教育网络管理平台，为成人学生提供相关课程进行在线学习，既可以达到高等教育的成效，又实现了终身教育目的。因此，各种类型的在线教育、成人网络教育应运而生，并呈现出快速发展的态势，从新东方教育到大型开放式课程，即：MOOC等等，使受教育者能够借助成人网络教育平台进行学习，获得知识和技能，从而为更好的从事各项工作提供帮助。但是，众多的成人教育网络平台的出现，加剧了市场竞争，使成人教育网络管理平台建设越来越重要。由于GSH学院当前的教务管理平台开发较早，当前平台只能满足教务管理功能，不能满足网上教育和学习的要求，为适应新时代成人教育教学及管理要求，GSH学院进行全面系统地建设具有远程教育功能的新网络管理平台是必由之路。因此，通过对GSH学院成人教育网络管理平台建设项目管理进行分析研究，能够为成人教育网络管理平台建设提供帮助。 在此背景下，本文以GSH学院为研究对象，对GSH学院成人教育网络管理平台建设项目进行了分析研究。首先，对成人教育以及网络教育的相关背景进行了阐述，就本文的研究意义进行了解读，确定本文的研究目的，紧接着对本文研究内容与研究方法进行了阐述，为后文的研究奠定基础。其次，本文对管理、项目管理、软件项目管理等基本定义进行了介绍。在此基础上就国内外对项目管理的研究进行了总结与归纳，为本文研究奠定理论基础。在问题分析部分，通过运用项目管理相关理论和方法，分析了GSH学院成人教育网络管理平台项目特征与背景、项目建设要求。基于此，本文对GSH学院成人教育管理平台建设项目的实施流程、项目需求、项目可行性分析以及项目进度管理进行了详细的分析，分析初始项目管理存在的问题。针对存在的问题，结合GSH项目的实际情况，对该项目的实施过程从项目进度、项目质量与风险、项目费用三个方面进行了优化，解决GSH学院网络建设项目管理问题。通过对GSH成人教育网络管理平台项目管理的研究，以期为今后深入分析研究有关成人教育网络管理平台建设项目管理提供一些参考。
