公安边防部队是一支驻守在边境地区，保护社会稳定、边境安的武装力量，它集武装、执法、涉外于一身，每名边防官兵都具有军人和警察的双重身份。近年来，随着社会的不断发展进步、周边文化环境的日趋多元，特别是当前边防部队执行任务的特殊 性和所处周围社会环境的复杂性，部队形势任务的转换交替、部队官兵常年处在自然环境恶劣、对敌斗争形势复杂的最前沿，这种高风险、高负荷的工作已经严重影响了边防 军人的心理健康，随即干扰官兵的情绪呈现了多元化态势，心理现状不容乐观，部队管理难度加大，长此以往必将阻碍部队建设现代化目标要求的实现，影响部队的安全稳定和削弱部队集体战斗力。 论文针对当前边防军人心理现状，从调查现状与管理问题的源头出发，深入地分析军人个人和群体心理对社会、部队和军人自身的负面影响，之后根据管理心理学、部队政治思想教育理论以及心理学相关模型模式测试，提出对边防军人这一高压工作，如何 从社会法制、群体支持、人格培养、个性养成等方面进行保障与促进，增加对军人心理管理的可控性，激励边防军人个人主观能动性的发挥。 论文从社会、部队、家庭、个人等四个方面提出了缓解心理问题发生的建议和对策。论文认为社会应该给予边防军人更多更好的理解和支持，并能够从制度保障的角度保障军人的基本需要，尽力建立健全军人保障体系，从而建立起全方位的管理机制，促进良 好军人人格的培养、建立良好的用人机制，营造健康的积极的工作环境，更好地提升边 防军人的心理承受能力、心理素质及应激能力，使边防部队的管理者更加适时地掌握新 形势下的带兵策略，提高部队战斗力，保持部队内部和谐稳定，进一步促进部队全面建设，加快部队现代化建设进程。
