当今时代，意识形态安全在全世界各个国家中的地位和作用日益凸显，因此国家意识形态安全的意义和重要性也愈发受到重视。在网络媒体技术迅速发展、经济全球化的背景下，高校作为我国人才培养的主要阵地，必须对高校意识形态安全教育予以高度重视。因此，新时代背景下如何加强高校在意识形态安全方面的教育这一系统工作就成为一个需要重点考虑的问题。新时代加强这项工作是我国和谐社会的时代需要 、是国家践行总体安全观的战略需要 、是对学生进行信念健康发展的规范引导 。这项工作对高校学生理想信念健康发展、强化国家意识形态安全建设，维护社会稳定发展，具有十分重要的意义。 论文主要由四个部分展开论述，第一部分导论部分阐述了进行研究的背景和其意义、国内外关于此内容的研究现状以及该论文中笔者的研究难点及创新点、贯穿整篇文章所遵循的研究思路和方法。第二部分开始从意识形态概念的历史嬗变入手阐述了与意识形态及与其相关的理论。第三部分结合时代背景与实际需要，通过调查研究，从高校意识形态安全教育面临的挑战、当前的形势及其影响因素三方面，对新时代高校意识形态安全教育当下的状况进行了相应的分析，继而表明新时代需要加强意识形态安全教育这项工作的必要性和重要意义。第四部分阐明高校意识形态安全教育工作过程中需要遵循的三个原则，并从高校学生自身、家庭环境、高校建设、社会影响、国际应对五个方面提出加强高校意识形态安全教育的策略。

In the era, the status and role of ideological security in countries around the world are increasingly prominent, and the significance and importance of ideological security education in maintaining national ideological security are also increasingly valued. In the context of rapid development of network media technology and economic globalization, colleges and universities, as the main front of talent cultivation in China, must attach great importance to ideological safety education of college students. Therefore, how to strengthen the ideological security education in colleges and universities in the new era has become a key issue to be considered. Strengthening this work in the new era is the inspiration of our country to the harmonious society, the strategic need of the Chinese communist party to seek the security strategy, and the standard guidance for the healthy development of students' faith.
