WebGIS是一种典型的基于 Internet 的网络GIS。目前,各个领域对WebGIS的应用需求越来越大。随着网络和GIS技术的发展,人们对基于网页技术的 WebGIS 的交互性、视觉效果、响应速度以及功能体验等有了更高的要求。RIA(Rich Internet Applications,富因特网应用程序)技术提供了全新的 Web 应用解决方案,给 WebGIS 带来了新的发展契机,实现了更加直观有效的应用服务。Flex 是目前开发 RIA 的主流技术之一,针对传统 WebGIS 在应用中交互性差、响应速度慢、可扩展性不强等缺点,通过对 Flex 技术较深入的研究,本文提出了一种基于ArcGIS Server for Flex的WebGIS设计方案。
论文首先对Flex技术及WebGIS的研究现状和关键技术进行了研究,然后针对相国寺储气库数字化管道WebGIS项目,根据数字化输气管道管理的特点与业务流程设计实现系统的数据库。通过对数字化管道地理信息系统服务层的设计,研究了 Flex 与 ArcGIS Server、Flex 与.Net 通信方式,实现了客户端与地理空间数据及业务数据的连接。根据用户的需求,以及数字化管道WebGIS设计的目标和原则,设计并实现了 B/S 架构的数字化管道WebGIS。验证了Flex 技术在开发高交互性 WebGIS 方面具有可行性,并有能力为 WebGIS 在表现力与实用性上提供广阔前景。

WebGIS is a typical web-based GIS. Currently, the demand for application of WebGIS in various area is growing sharply. With the development of network and GIS technology, the users demand more in performance, interaction, the speed of response and the function experience based on the web-page of WebGIS.RIA (Rich Internet Applications, Rich Internet application ) technology provides a new Web application solution , brings new development opportunities to WebGIS , to achieve a more intuitive and efficient application services. Flex RIA development is one of the mainstream technology currently. To solve the poor interactivity ,slow response, scalability is not strong and other shortcomings in the application of traditional WebGIS, the author did in-depth research in Flex technology , and presents an approach based on ArcGIS Server for Flex the WebGIS design.
Firstly, The paper analyzes the Flex technology and WebGIS research status and key technology . Then based on Xiangguosi gas pipeline WebGIS digital library project , the author analysized the figures of the characteristics of the gas pipeline management and business process design and implementation the database of this system. By digitizing the pipeline geographic information system service layer design , the author studied Flex and ArcGIS Server, Flex and Dot Net communication, to achieve a connected client and geospatial data and business data. According to the demands of users , as well as the goals and the principles of digital design pipeline WebGIS , the author designed and implemeted the B / S structure of the digital pipeline WebGIS. Lastly ,the paper confirms that Flex technology is operable and has a splendid applied foreground inimproving interactivity and expressiveness of WebGIS.
