煤矿空间信息系统是地理信息系统(Geographic Information System 简称GIS)在煤矿安全生产和管理上的具体应用,是由西安集灵信息技术有限公司开发。随着计算机网络技术的快速发展和GIS应用领域不断地扩展,煤矿空间信息系统也向着煤矿生产管理的信息化、网络化和标准化的方向发展。
论文重点在煤矿空间信息系统中引入SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics)技术,探讨SVG规范在煤矿空间信息系统二维矿山图件中,应用的技术优势和实际价值。
本文研究了煤矿空间信息系统中,二维矿山图件(简称为矿图)的数据组织及结构;通过自主开发的SVG二维矢量图形编辑器,制定了矿图的SVG标准符号库;给出矿图的标准DTD(Document Type Definition)文档定义;利用XSLT(Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformation)技术,实现了矿图的XML(Extensible Markup Language)文档到SVG文档的转化,并对矿图文件SVG格式化过程中出现的相关问题,提出了解决方案;为方便用户,实现了矿图SVG数据格式的输出。从而完成煤矿空间信息系统二维矿图数据格式的SVG规范化。
在此基础上,根据SVG的特点和矿图网络化、标准化的需要,进一步提出煤矿空间信息系统SVG规范的基本要求,规范了煤矿空间信息系统二维矿山图件的数据格式和WebGIS发布格式,为矿图的网络化发展提供了必要的准备,为其它煤矿软件的设计开发提供了参考。
煤矿空间信息系统SVG规范化,可解决矿山图形的缩放失真、网络传输缓慢、数据格式非标准、难共享、不易网络发布、跨平台性差及其内容表现缺乏交互性等问题。
最后,论文以淮北矿业集团下属的涡北煤矿为例,实现了其地质图件的SVG规范化,说明了煤矿空间信息系统SVG规范化的应用,从而验证了论文最初设计要求。

Coal Mine Spatial Information System is a material application of Geographic Information System (GIS) in the field of coal mine production management safely, is developed by Xi'an Composed Information Technology Ltd. With the development of computer network fleetly, meanings and application of GIS's extension continuously, development direction of the Coal Mine Spatial Information System trend to information、network and standardization too.
Emphasis of the paper is introducing Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) technology into the Coal Mine Spatial Information System.And probes into technique advantages and practicality worth of SVG standardization use in two-dimensional vector graphics of mine.
This paper researchs seriously data structure and organization of two-dimensional vector mine graphics in CGIS;in use of two-dimensional vector graphics editor that developeds and designs by myself a lot of signs of mine graphics; provides standardization Document Type Definition definitions of mine graphics; implements XML documents into SVG docments by XSLT; and puts forward resolve schemes for key technique that transforming mine drawings into SVG files format; in order to convenience of user, achieve program design functional of mine drawing transformation into SVG; transforms mine drawing files into SVG file format; and then carry out mine drawing files SVG standardization.
On this basis, refers to SVG characteristic and network、standardization need of mine drawing, the paper brings forward SVG Specification basis requests of Coal Mine Spatial Information System, standards mine graphics files data uniform standards format of Coal Mine Spatial Information System, provides necessary preparation for network development of mine drawings.It uniforms standardization format of mine drawing WebGIS issuance, provides reference of mine software for the rest software developer.
Coal Mine Spatial Information System SVG Standardization can resolve a lot of problems in the development of Coal Mine Spatial Information System: zoom distortion、network transport slowness、nonstandard data format、poor share、difficulty network issuance、 poor cross-platform and content representation absence interactive and so on.
In the last,take mine geology drawing SVG Standardization of the GuoBei Mine is part of the HuaiBei Mining Group for an example, shows application of Coal Mine Spatial Information System SVG Standardization, validates the paper achieve originally project aim.
