无机高分子化合物是近年来絮凝剂研究领域的一个热点,其中的聚硅酸铁是一个主要的研究对象,主要应用于废水处理,煤泥水处理,有的研究者将其应用于煤的洗选,并证明有一定的效果。但无机絮凝剂存在的一个较大问题是稳定性问题,目前的做法是添加别的元素用以提高其稳定性。本论文在不添加其它元素的情况下,通过本身制备工艺条件的优化,使原液的保存时间由一般的1~2个月延长到9个月以上,提高了其稳定性。 将自制的无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅酸铁作为倾斜式浮选柱选煤的浮选添加剂,研究了其对煤浮选效果的影响,证明其可以在一定程度上提高产率13%左右,对降灰有一定效果,对脱硫有一定负面影响。 细粒煤的洗选是选煤行业的难点,跳汰、重介这些主要的选煤方法都有一个分选下限的问题。细粒煤中煤与矿物质的解离比较充分,为脱硫和降灰提供了良好的条件,重视和提高细粒煤的分选效果是降低总精煤硫分、灰分和减少燃煤污染的重要途径之一。细粒煤在大多数选煤厂中占有很大的比重,且灰分仅比合格精煤高2~4个百分点,对这部分煤根据各自的性质选择合适的方法进行有效的分选,将具有良好的经济和社会效益。本论文利用自制设备“倾斜式浮选柱”对细粒煤进行脱硫降灰处理,讨论了不同因素对浮选效果的影响,通过正交实验选择最佳工艺,用最佳工艺经过3次浮选得到灰分接近2%的洁净煤。

In recent years, inorganic macromolecule compound is a hotspot of flocculant research area, of which the Poly –Silicate-Ferric is a major object of study, mainly used in wastewater treatment,black water treatment ,and even coal preparation by some researchers, and showed some results from them. However, one more severe problem of inorganic flocculants which have existed is their stability.The current practice is appending other elements to it so as to enhance its stability. In this study, without appending other elements, but by optimizing its preparation conditions, the storage life of Poly –Silicate-Ferric liquid was prolonged from the general 1 to 2 months to 9 months or more, so its stability was enhanced . Here,inorganic macromolecule flocculant Poly –Silicate-Ferric which was maded by my own was applied to coal flotation as a flotation additive , its effects on the impact of coal flotation was studied.It has been proved that Poly –Silicate-Ferric can increase of 13 percent the yield, has some right effects on ash doffing,but has some negative impacts on desulfurization. Fine coal treatment is the nodus of coal preparation industry.jigging ,dense-mediu-m separation and so on,all these majer coal preparation metheds have a problem that is the lower limit of separation. Dissociation of minerals from coal is sufficient in fine coal , so it provides a good condition for the desulfurization and ash debasing. Attac-hing importance to and enhancing the separate impact of fine coal preparation is one of the important ways by which to reduce the sulfur and ash content of the total clean coal, and to debase the pollution grade of the coal combustion. Fine coal is in a large proportion in the majority of coal preparation plantes ,but its ash content is only 2 to 4 percentage higher than the eligible clean coal. Effective preparation aimed at this part coal by appropriate methods based their own nature,, will have good eco-nomic and social benefits. In this paper, fine coal is dealed with through desulfurization and ash debasing with the use of home-made equipment "tilt-type flotation column" , the effects of different factors on the impact of flotation was discussed. The best technology is selected through the orthogonal experiment, cleaned coal whose ash conte-nt is close to 2% is gained through the best technology after 3 times flotation process.
