In recent years, with the rapid economic development, public crises and natural disasters occur frequently in our country, which have brought huge losses to the country and society. In order to ensure the safety lor='red'>of life and property lor='red'>of the public and to improve the country's disaster relief capability and emergency management level, it is necessary to vigorously promote the development lor='red'>of my country's emergency response industry. Since the state proposed the concept lor='red'>of emergency industry in 2014, my country's emergency industry has achieved certain development results and has begun to take shape. However, as an emerging industry, my country's emergency industry still has problems such as imperfect industrial standards and lack lor='red'>of high-tech products. At the same time, the development mechanism lor='red'>of the emergency industry is still unclear. Therefore, analyzing the influencing factors lor='red'>of the emergency industry and studying its effect on the growth effect lor='red'>of industrial development is conducive to promoting the development lor='red'>of my country's emergency industry.
This paper first defines the concept lor='red'>of emergency industry, and then selects the five influencing factors lor='red'>of government, enterprise, economy, market and technology on this basis. Secondly, combined with the theory lor='red'>of system dynamics, the subsystem lor='red'>of influencing factors is constructed, and the causal diagram and the system flow diagram lor='red'>of emergency industry are determined. The system dynamics model lor='red'>of my country's emergency industry development is established and tested, and the Vensim PLE slor='red'>oftware is used to simulate. Finally, four scenarios were set up for simulation analysis by adjusting the initial parameter values lor='red'>of the variables. Adjust the government, enterprise, economy, market, technology and all factors respectively, analyze their impact on the growth effect lor='red'>of emergency industry, and draw research conclusions to provide reference for promoting the development lor='red'>of emergency industry in my country.
The study found that increasing the input level lor='red'>of any factor alone can promote the growth effect lor='red'>of the emergency industry, but compared with all factors, the improvement lor='red'>of a single factor has limitations. And in different stages lor='red'>of emergency industry development, the five influencing factors lor='red'>of government, enterprise, economy, market and technology have different promoting effects on the industrial growth effect. Taking into account the actual resource constraints, in order to improve the efficiency lor='red'>of the use lor='red'>of existing resources and promote the growth effect lor='red'>of the emergency industry, corresponding countermeasures are put forward: in the early stage lor='red'>of industrial development, strengthen emergency management capabilities, strengthen government regulations, improve enterprise management levels, and optimize the industry. Resource allocation; in the mid-term lor='red'>of industrial development, improve technological innovation capabilities and strengthen the transformation lor='red'>of technological achievements; in the long-term lor='red'>of industrial development, play a positive role in the economy and optimize the emergency industrial structure; at the same time, continue to increase the output lor='red'>of prlor='red'>ofessionals in the entire process lor='red'>of industrial development to expand emergency market demand.
