长庆油田正处于数字化建设高速发展的时期,油田网络规模不断扩大,设备数量和种类不断增多,网络架构越来越复杂,但是网络管理维护方式还处于原始的人工被动管理阶段,在故障产生后,不能及时发现故障,经常是由网络用户告之故障才做出响应,而且不能快速定位故障,常常采用逐级排查方法,而延误的大部分时间是集中在发现故障和定位故障点上,如何实现全面的企业基础网络环境监管,形成集中管理,故障快速定位和排查,是长庆油田网络管理人员急迫需要解决的问题。 为了解决以上问题,2013年起长庆油田开始建设全油田公司包括主干网及21家油气生产二级单位的统一的网络监控平台,将油田生产、办公相关网络设备纳入其中,实现全油田网络的有效管理及监测,其中告警管理模块的建立就作为重中之重。本论文以网络监控平台建设为背景,对整个系统最重要的告警管理部分的功能和性能进行需求分析,分析比较了主流软件开发技术,确立了采用Ajax技术与J2EE框架相结合,以满足系统方面的需求,提出了包括WEB前端表现层、后台控制层、后台业务逻辑层、后台数据访问层的系统模型,分析了各层之间的调用关系。在此基础上进行长庆油田网管告警系统的设计,并对告警分级定义、告警界面、短信通知以及拓扑告警等功能的实现的数据流程和相关代码进行了详细论述,最后对系统的性能和功能进行了测试说明。 长庆油田网管告警系统自投入运行以来,实现了计算机网络管理分级,告警分级、声音报警功能、告警实时通知功能,实现异常情况实时报警、实时判断,使油田计算机网络运行更加安全可靠,取得了很好的管理效益和社会效益,表明了设计的正确性和合理性。

Changqing Oilfield are in the digital construction period of rapid development, the scale of the network of oil continues to expand, the number and types of devices are increasing continuously, the network architecture is more and more complex, but the network management and maintenance mode is still in the primitive stage of artificial passive management, in the after fault, can not discover problems, often by fault network users to make in response, but cannot locate faults quickly, often using sequential search method, and most of the time delay is concentrated in the fault detection and fault location, how to achieve a comprehensive enterprise network environment supervision, the formation of centralized management, fast fault location and troubleshooting, Changqing Oilfield network management is the urgent problem to be solved.
In order to solve the above problem, since 2013, Changqing Oilfield began to network monitoring platform construction Oilfield Company including unified level two unit production backbone and 21 oil and gas, the oilfield production, office network equipment included, to realize the effective management and monitoring the whole oil field network measurement, including the establishment of alarm management module is used as the weight priority. This thesis is in network monitoring platform as the background, carries on the demand analysis to the function and performance of the alarm management the most important part of the whole system, then the mainstream software development technology were analyzed and compared, established using Ajax technology in combination with the J2EE framework, in order to meet the system demand, including the proposed WEB front-end layer the background control layer, business logic layer, the background, the background data access layer of the system model, analyzed the relationship between each layer. Design of alarm system in Changqing Oilfield Network Management Based on, and the realization of
the data flow alarm classification definition, alarm interface, SMS notification and topological warning function is the most important and relevant code are discussed in detail. Since being put into operation the Changqing Oilfield of alarm management system, realized the hierarchical computer network management, alarm classification, sound alarm function, real-time alarm notification function, realize the abnormal situation real-time alarm, real-time judgment, make the operation field of computer network is more safe and reliable, has obtained the very good management and social benefits, demonstrate the correctness of the design and rationality.
