地理信息系统(GIS)作为目前发展最迅速的高新技术之一,但在煤炭行业的应用大大落后于在其他领域的应用。本文综述了GIS在煤炭行业的应用现状、优势及存在的问题。结合煤矿实际生产及其专业特点分析煤矿地测信息管理系统的系统目标、逻辑结构、系统软件组成、系统功能设计。重点分析数据库系统的设计包括需求分析、逻辑结构设计、系统结构设计;设计符合煤矿地测实际操作的数据结构(煤层,巷道等);用户界面设计以及煤矿重要数据的编码。 简要分析达竹矿区地测信息管理系统的解决方案,建立达竹矿区地测信息管理系统技术方案,并详尽阐述达竹矿区煤矿地测信息管理系统建立及应用。通过3DGIS实现矿井巷道三维模型构建,实现了集地测数据采集、存储、处理、输出、传输、浏览、查询为一体的智能化管理。该系统成功应用于矿井实际生产中,不仅使地测工作实现数字化和信息化管理,而且也为集团公司的矿井生产信息化和企业信息化奠定了坚实的基础。

Geographic Information System (GIS), as currently the fastest growing high-tech one, but the application in the coal industry lagging far behind in other areas of application. This paper reviews the GIS application in the coal industry of the status quo, advantages and problems of .
