钢管混凝土是一种发展前景广阔的结构形式,它能适应现代工程结构的大跨、高耸、重载发展和承受恶劣条件的需要,符合现代施工技术的工业化要求,已经越来越广泛地应用于工业厂房、高层和超高层建筑、桥梁和地下结构中,成为结构工程科学的一个重要发展方向。与钢管混凝土相比,中空夹层钢管混凝土柱保持了传统钢管混凝土柱优点的同时,还具有截面开展、抗弯刚度大、自重轻、抗震性能好、抗火性能优于实心钢管混凝土等优点。当钢管壁较薄时,柱易发生屈曲。为改善薄壁中空夹层钢管混凝土柱的力学性能,本文在中空夹层钢管混凝土柱的外钢管内壁加上加劲肋,将其改变为一种新结构型式——带肋中空夹层钢管混凝土柱。 本文根据相关文献的实验资料,采用有限元软件ANSYS对带肋中空夹层钢管混凝土柱的力学性能进行分析。首先,通过对2组系列7个试件的有限元模拟计算与分析,研究带肋中空夹层钢管混凝土柱在轴压作用下的力学性能,并对中空夹层钢管混凝土柱轴压承载力的计算公式进行简化,且在此基础上建立了带肋中空夹层钢管混凝土柱轴压承载力计算公式。根据有限元模拟数据以及文献中的数据,采用回归分析的方法对带肋中空夹层钢管混凝土柱轴压承载力计算公式进行了修正。最后,通过对3组系列10个试件的有限元模拟计算与分析,对带肋中空夹层钢管混凝土柱在轴力和水平力共同作用下的力学性能进行了研究。得出一些可供实际工程设计参考的结论。

The concrete-filled steel tubes structures is a promising development structure that can adapt to the modern engineering structure of large-span, tall, and overloaded development and bear the need to withstand harsh conditions; meet the industrialized requirements of modern construction technology. The concrete-filled steel tubes has become increasingly widely used in industrial plants, high and ultra high-rise buildings, bridges and underground structures and become an important developing direction in structure engineering science. Compared with the concrete-filled steel tube, columns of Concrete Filled Double Skin Steel Tubes maintain the traditional strengths and it is also has advantages of large cross-section and bending stiffness, light weight, fire resistance and better seismic performance than the concrete-filled steel tube and so on. When the steel pipe is thin, the column prone to buckling. In order to improve the mechanical behaviour of concrete filled double skin steel tubes of stiffening rib, steel outer walls of double skin concrete are filled with stiffening rib to change the structure of a new type - the column of concrete filled stiffened double skin steel tubes. According to the experimental data of associated literature, this paper analyze mechanical properties of the column of concrete filled stiffened double skin steel tubes by using the finite element software ANSYS. Firstly,through the calculation and analysis of the series of two groups of seven specimens, the main research focuses on mechanical behaviour of concrete filled stiffened double skin steel tubes columns under axial compression, simplify formula for calculating the bearing capacity of concrete filled double skin steel tubes columns with axial compression, and establish formula for calculating the bearing capacity of concrete filled stiffened double skin steel tubes columns with axial compression.According to the data of finite element simulation and the data in the literature,the paper amended the formula for calculating the bearing capacity of concrete filled stiffened double skin steel tubes columns with axial compression by regression analysis.At last, through the calculation and analysis of the series of three groups of ten specimens, the research focuses on mechanical properties of the column of concrete filled stiffened double skin steel tubes under the horizontal force and the axial force to obtain some practical reference to result in the conclusion for engineering design.
