文中针对端头留巷在巷道掘进及回采过程中对巷道围岩扰动程度与传统回采方式在技术经济方面进行了研究分析,得出了端头留巷由于免去了巷道掘进的过程,并且留巷时围岩仅受到工作面超前动压的扰动,在此情况下工作面端头制作的隔离墙留巷后巷道稳定性更好,并能够在采空区滞后剧烈动压分布时起来良好的护巷的效果。 文章中采用围岩稳定性理论对端头留巷回采中的围岩稳定性进行分析,采用解析法以及数值模拟(midas)的方法对无煤柱开采端头留巷矿压分布规律进行研究分析,并结合围岩及巷道应力应变的监测数据,得出围岩在工作面回采之前及回采之后围岩的应力分布规律。得出在工作面前方2~3倍采高距离处矿压显现明显,影响范围为20~30采高距离;在垂直巷道方向,巷道顶板出现较小的矿压显现,在巷道煤帮一侧2~3.5倍采高深度将出现又一次大的矿压显现,影响范围20~30倍采高深度。 研究得出端头留巷支护成功在于巷内支护能够在隔离墙未达到支护强度之前及时对巷道支护并抑制巷道变形;巷旁支护在于隔离墙高强支护;巷外切顶能够将垂直巷道走向的采空区自稳隐形拱向煤层深部移动,减小留巷顶板矿压,保证巷道稳定性。 本文还将对端头留巷后可能出现的灾害进行分析,并做出防止灾害产生的治理措施,最终得出隔离墙可以起到良好的护巷和隔离的效果,巷道围岩安全稳定,对浅埋中厚煤层的端头留巷回采工作具有指导意义。
