复杂围岩条件下大断面巷道支护是当今世界地下工程界中一项复杂的技术难题。枣泉煤矿12205首采工作面胶带运输巷因为断面大(净断面17.6m2)、岩性软弱、地质构造复杂而使围岩条件发生显著改变,常规的支护方法已无法满足快速安全的掘进要求和回采使用要求。因此,研究复杂围岩条件下大断面煤巷合理支护技术,对枣泉煤矿具有重要的现实意义。
本文在对12205工作面胶带运输巷进行现场地质调研的基础上,类比软岩条件下煤巷的工程特征和力学特征,分析了该回采巷道的工程特征及其围岩力学特征,进行了围岩的物理力学性质实验测定,确定12205 胶带运输巷属于典型的复杂围岩条件下大断面煤巷。通过对回采工作面大断面煤巷现场破坏情况观测、矿压监测、计算机数值模拟计算,总结了该围岩条件下大断面煤巷的变形破坏特征,分析了大断面煤巷的变形破坏机理,找出了复杂围岩条件下大断面煤巷围岩的变形基本规律和巷道变形破坏的关键部位,得出复杂围岩条件下大断面煤巷要强帮、固顶和控底的全断面加固支护对策。类比软岩巷道支护原则,对复杂围岩条件下大断面煤巷的“锚-网-索-钢带”联合支护机理进行了研究,提出了“锚-网-索-钢带”联合支护设计方案,通过理论计算确定该方案的基本参数。现场应用监测表明:提出的联合支护方案可以较好地控制复杂围岩条件下大断面煤巷的围岩变形,保证巷道围岩的稳定性,取得了满意的安全效果、技术效果和经济效果。

The support of the large cross section coal roadway under the complex wall rock condition is an important and complicated technique problem in underground rock engineering field in now. Because of the large cross section(17.6m2), the weak rock and complex geological constructure, the wall rock condition of the belt transport roadway of the first working NQ.12205 working face of Zao quan mine has marked changed, so the common supporting mechod has not been fulfilled for the roadway to extract fast and safely. The research of the combined supporting in large cross section coal roadway under the complex rock condition has the extremely significant value for Zao quan mine.
This paper is on the basis of on site geological research of the belt transport roadway of 12205 working, anolog the coal roadway mechanical engineering characteristics under the condition soft rock, analyse the project characteristics of the roadway and the mechanical ptoperties of the wall rock, measure the physical and mechanical properties of the wall rock and determine the 12205 belt transport roadway typical of large cross section under complex conditions. Through observe on site damage of large cross section coal roadway of working , monitore the rock pressure, computer simulation sum up the rock deformation and damage of large cross section coal roadway under complex conditions, analyse the rock of large cross section coal roadway deformation and failure mechanism, identity the rock deformation and the basic laws of the large cross section roadway under complex rock conditions and the rock of coal roadway deformation and damage key parts, rock under complex conditions of large cross section for stronger coal roadway, and with solid headspace whole section an the end of consolidation-conservation measures. Analog the support principle of roadway, reseach the principle of “Belt-Mesh-Cable-Metal Band”combined supporting for large cross section coal roadway under complex conditions, present the “Belt-Mesh-Cable-Metal Band”combined supporting design, through theoretical calculations determine the basic parameters of the design. Application monitoring on site showed that: combination supporting design can be used to control wall rock deformation of large cross section coal roadway under complex conditions, ensure the stability of round rock, achieve satisficatory safety result, economic effects and technology effects.
