随着Internet技术的发展和CERNET的接入,校园网资源越来越丰富,应用功能越来越复杂。这虽然为用户提供了更广泛的资源共享和信息交流的网络平台,但同时对网络管理和网络安全问题提出了新的挑战。作为网络管理的重要组成部分,校园网用户认证计费系统的建设势在必行。本论文介绍了认证计费系统的关键技术,分析了校园网用户认证计费系统的三种模式,在现有的网络硬件设备的基础上,设计并开发了基于RADIUS协议的校园网用户认证计费系统。该系统分为管理子系统、用户自助服务子系统和联动子系统三个子系统。它不仅分别为网络管理员和用户提供了可视化的认证计费管理和自助服务的平台,而且实现了接入设备与RADIUS服务器的联动。管理子系统功能主要包括管理员信息管理、用户信息管理、策略管理、系统信息管理和数据库管理,用户自助服务子系统功能主要包括用户信息查询和密码修改,联动子系统功能主要包括认证管理和计费管理。系统利用接入设备在接入控制和流量控制方面的优势,在LAMP开源集成开发环境下,配置freeradius服务,实现了对校园网用户的接入认证和计费管理。目前,西安科技大学网络中心已经使用开发的校园网用户认证计费系统,实现了校园网用户Web接入认证和计费管理,有效地解决了校园网用户管理问题,并且达到了“以网养网”的目的。

With the development of Internet technology and the access to CERNET, campus network resources become more and more colorful, the application functions become more and more complex. Although it provides the user with a wider network platform of resource sharing and information exchange, but it gives us a new challenge on network management and network security issues. As an important component of network management, the user authentication and accounting system in campus network is imperative.This paper describes the critical technology of authentication and accounting system, analysis three models of the user authentication and accounting system in campus network, design and develop a user authentication and accounting system in campus network based on RADIUS protocol, according to the existing network hardware. The system is divided into three subsystems. They are management subsystem, the user self-service subsystem and the interactive subsystem. It not only provides for administrators and users with a visual platform of authentication and accounting management and self-service, but also achieves the communication between the access equipment and the RADIUS server. The functions of the management subsystem mainly include administrator information management, user information management, strategic management, system information management and database management systems; the functions of the user self-service subsystem mainly include user information query and password revision; the functions of the linkage subsystem mainly include authentication management and accounting management. The System makes use of the advantages of the access equipment in the access control and flow control, configures freeradius service, implements the management of user access authentication and accounting in campus network, by means of the LAMP open source integrated development environment.Currently, the Network Information Center of Xi'an University of Science and Technology have used the user authentication and accounting system in campus network successfully. It can realize Web access authentication and accounting management to campus network users, solve the problem of the management of campus network users effectively, and achieve the goal of "network support of network ".
