采煤工作面上隅角位置瓦斯积聚超限是煤矿安全生产中急需解决的一个技术难题。本文在综合分析其成因和现有解决方案的基础上,应用现代检测技术、液压控制技术、计算机技术和网络通信技术,提出了现场采集上隅角瓦斯浓度,自动控制液压系统驱动风机进行实时抽排,Web实施远程监控的方案来解决上隅角瓦斯实时监测与排放难题。
监控系统主要包括硬件和软件两大部分:硬件以ARM7TDMI内核的LPC2220嵌入式处理器作为硬件平台核心;软件以嵌入式可配置实时操作系统eCos作为软件平台,在此基础上实现系统应用层软件和嵌入式Web服务器。这两部分共同构建基于嵌入式Internet的远程监控系统。
在硬件系统中,以LPC2220、电源、复位、晶振、FLASH和SDRAM构成最小系统,在此基础上扩展了UART接口和JTAG调试接口;设计了瓦斯采集模块、系统的驱动电路,并对液压控制部分进行了选型;设计了键盘输入及LED显示模块;选择RTL8019AS以太网卡作为网络接入模块。
嵌入式操作系统的移植是系统软件开发的第一步,本文首先选择实时嵌入式操作系统eCos移植到上隅角瓦斯远程监控系统的硬件平台上,详细阐述了eCos移植规划及详细移植过程,最后给出了嵌入式系统引导和Debug环境RedBoot的实现过程。
基于嵌入式操作系统eCos对硬件的管理机制,为硬件设备编写了驱动程序,包括以太网、串口、存储器和键盘与LED芯片;基于eCos硬件抽象层HAL的基础上编写了A/D采集及控制部分的驱动程序;在应用层完成了监控系统线程入口函数的设计。
最后,在嵌入式操作系统eCos的基础上进行了嵌入式Web服务器LibHTTPD的移植,完成了LibHTTPD服务器程序设计,配置和建造eCos网络,阐述了应用程序的生成过程。对整个监控系统在实验室模拟环境进行了验证,系统基本达到了预期目标。在文章的结束,作者给出了本课题的研究结论与展望。

The problem of the accumulation and overrunning of gas in the coalface is a technological obstacle of urgent solution in the production of safety. In the paper,it poses a plan,which is the density to collect upper coner gasfield,the autocontrol hydraulic system to drive real-time pumping gas with the fan and the remote monitoring to carry out by the Web server in order to solve the difficult problem of monitoring and controlling upper coner gas based on its reasons of comprehensive analysis and solutions available by adopting the technology of Measurement, Hydraulic Control,Computer and Network Communication.
Monitor system mainly contains two parts, hardware and software.Hardware is designed by LPC2220 embedded processor in the core of ARM7TDMI as its platform kernel.Software is designed by the Embedded Configurable Operating System(eCos) as its platform kernel.On this basis,it is to implement software of the application layer and Web server,which constitute the remote monitoring system based on embedded Internet.
In the hardware system,LPC2220,power,reset,crystal,FLASH and SDRAM consists of a minimal system.On this basis,the author extends the interface of UART and debugged JTAG,who designs the gas collecting module,the systematic driving circuit,the types to choose hydraulic control parts,the keyboard entry and LED display module and the choices of Ethernet chip RTL8019AS as the accessible Internet module.
The development of software system is the transplantation of embedded eCos on the first step.In the paper,it chooses the eCos to transplant the remote monitoring hardware of upper coner gas at first.Then,it elaborates on the eCos portable plan and the course of the detailed transplantation.Finally,the achievable process of the bootstrap and Debug environment of embedded system is shown.
The author programs the driver for hardware based on the management mechanism to hardware of eCos,which includes the chip of Ethernet,UART,memory,Keyboard and LED,the driver for the collecting of A/D and control segment based on the Hardware Abstraction Layer(HAL) of eCos,and the design of the entry function of monitoring system in the application layer.
At last,the author transplants the LibHTTPD of embedded Web server based on eCos,programs the desgin of LibHTTPD,configures and constructs the Ethernet of eCos and formulates the generative process of application program.He debugs and inspects all the remote monitoring on the lab of simulative environment.It realized the expected goal basically in the system.At the end of the paper,the research conclusion and prospect are given by the author in the subject.
