论文核心是对太原机场飞行区做安全评价，并根据安全评价主要因素做对策研究，为安全工作提供理论依据。通过对国内外和民航安全评价研究状况入手，介绍了现在主流运用的安全评价方法，并根据太原机场飞行区的特点选择综合运用安全评价方法进行评价。 论文研究了太原机场飞行区运行现状，根据民航机场发生的不安全事件和太原机场搜集的安全隐患归纳出飞行区运行安全因素，利用系统理论结合风险管理构建了飞行区安全评价指标体系。通过安全监察专家小组对指标进行打分，通过层次分析法确定指标权重构造判断矩阵，通过计算得出安全评价等级。针对指标因素结合评价等级，提出安全对策，得出太原机场飞行区安全评价结论并提出了后续研究展望。

The main point of this thesis is to evaluate the safety standard of the Taiyuan airport flight zone, and to provide the theoretical basis for safe working. Based on the safety assessment research of both domestic and international civil aviations, this paper introduces the best recognized methods of safety assessment . Also according to feature of the Taiyuan airport flight zone, we will evaluate the safety standard in multiple ways. The paper reports the present operation situation of the Taiyuan airport flight zone, based on the unsafe events occured in other civil airports and the hidden danger found in the Taiyuan airport flight zone. Through the safety monitoring expert group to score the index, the index weight is determined by the analytic hierarchy process to determine the matrix, through the calculation of the safety evaluation level. According to the evaluation of the index factors, the safety countermeasures are put forward, and the conclusion is drawn and the prospect of the safety assessment of the Taiyuan airport flight area is put forward.
