我国的高校辅导员制度历经六十多年的发展，已经成为我国高等教育制度重要的组成部分，并且在学生的成长成才方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。高校中教育中辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，是高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。西京学院经过了20余年的发展，在辅导员队伍建设和管理方面积累了许多宝贵的经验。但是，伴随着学校办学规模的不断扩大，以及在学生管理方面遇到的新情况和新问题不断增多，西京学院现有的辅导员管理模式的一些弊端正在实际工作中不断地显现。完善辅导员队伍管理模式对加强辅导员工作的时效性、科学性和针对性，提高辅导员管理效率与质量以及高校的育人工作具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。 本文主要从以下四方面展开了论述和分析：第一部分指出高校辅导员管理模式的研究背景、研究意义和研究方法，第二部分全面介绍了我国目前辅导员管理模式的相关概念，比较分析我国辅导员管理模式的几种类型，第三部分结合西京学院实际情况，阐述西京学院辅导员现有管理模式概况，指出其现有管理模式存在的各种弊端，第四部分就完善西京学院辅导员管理模式，给出了具体的对策和建议，最后通过一系列的论证得出管理模式优化的意义以及推广的价值，以供其他民办院校进行借鉴和参考。

College counselors team was founded in the fifty's of last century, Tsinghua University, after more than sixty years of development, college counselors develop ceaselessly in practice, in recent years, along with the socialist modernization development as well as the severe situation at home and abroad, some new situations and emerge in an endless stream students now facing management and new problems, training qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism as an urgent and important strategic task to attach great importance to the party and the state. College counselors as university students mentor and guide, they are in the school for students' Ideological and political education and daily management of the most direct, most basic. So the culture modernization in the new period's successor, strengthen and improve the counselor team construction is crunch time. Because of the particularity of private education, and the quality of students, student management has a very important position in the work of civilian run colleges and universities. Xijing University is a national private college in five with one of the graduate enrollment qualification of colleges and universities, after nearly twenty years of development, has become a very important power of private universities. And I worked at the Xijing University for many years, engaged in student management, the participation and witnessed the construction and development of Xijing University instructors. But the long-term practice, counselor team construction still has many problems, it is precisely because of this, decided to write on the management mode of private college counselors in Xijing University as an example.
