自从我国测绘工作从二十世纪九十年代开始由传统模拟测绘逐步转向数字化测绘开始,整个测绘工作重心可以说基本围绕基础地理信息数据库进行。在具体建库过程中,集成了属性信息的点线面拓扑数据(也成为建库数据)毫无疑问的必须作为数据库数据进行采集加工入库,但是由于几十年来大家对纸质地图的依赖性,依据建库数据进行符号化并加以编辑整理形成的可直接打印出图的数据(亦称为制图数据)是否纳入数据库中存在争议,于是各省级1:10000比例尺基础地理信息数据库建设中,有只有建库数据的库、也有二者皆有的库。造成这一现象的根本原因是建库数据向制图数据转换过程存在大量的编辑工作量,完全依靠人工进行费时费力,所以将加工好的制图数据纳入数据库中可以节省建库数据转化为制图数据时间,可直接打印出图以提高数据分发效率。如果可以解决图库数据自动转换问题,不但可以极大地节省人工,而且对我国测绘地理信息事业发展具有重要意义。
本文从理论上提出了符号空间的有关概念,对点线面符号用符号空间加以重新定义;依据空间关系中相离、相交、包含等基本关系,将图库数据转换中最常见、也是编辑处理时最耗时耗力的符号冲突问题归结为符号在地图上所占据的空间位置的冲突,将复杂问题简单化,采用缓冲分析的方法将符号冲突检测出来;结合制图综合中舍弃、位移、压盖、跳绘等有关制图方法,先对基础地理信息要素进行权重分析,再采用相应的方法进行自动化处理,为实现图库数据自动转换提供了一种可操作性极高的有益的理论解决方案。最后,本文阐述了依据以上理论解决方案,进行数据编辑与处理、符号化、符号冲突检测、冲突消解、数据库操作等软件开发模块的有关功能设计及编程实现方法,经测试,软件可解决图库数据转换中80%左右的符号冲突自动编辑处理,为实现图库数据自动转换提供了一种有效的解决途径。本文对解决我国测绘工作中常见的图库数据自动转换问题具有较好的指导意义。

Since China's surveying and mapping work shift from the traditional analog mapping to digital mapping from the beginning of twentieth Century ninety years, the surveying and mapping work center of gravity can be said that around the basic geographic information database. In the specific construction process, integrated with attribute information of point line surface topology data (also called the database data) there is no doubt that must be collecting processing storage as the database data, but because of decades of people depend on the paper map, according to signifying data and edit finishing forming can directly print out the map data (also called the cartographic data) are included in the database are controversial,so,in many provincial,the 1:10000 scale basic geographic information database,some have only the database data, some have two data. The root of this phenomenon is that there are a lot of editing work on the database data to the graphics data conversion process completely rely on manual time-consuming, so the processing of graphics data convert into graphics data and store in the database is good, can directly print out the map data to improve the distribution efficiency. If someone could solve the automatic data conversion problem, it could save a lot of artificial not only, but also have important significance to the development of China's surveying and mapping geographic information industry.
This paper presents the concept of symbolic space from theory,redefinition of the point,line and polygon symbols to symbol space; based on the basic spatial relations of separation, intersection, on the dataset data conversion, symbol conflict is common and the editing is the most time-consuming ,attributed this problem to the space occupied by conflict symbol on the map, made the simplification of complex issues, using the buffer analysis methods will sign conflict detected in cartographic by generalization; combined with the abandon, displacement, gland, jump method in map drawing, giving out the basis weight of geographic information elements first, making the corresponding method for automated processing then,that provides an operation of high beneficial theory for automatic data conversion solutions. Finally, based on above theoretical solutions, this paper expounds how to make software module function design and programming methods writing about data editing and processing, signifying, symbols of conflict detection, conflict resolution, database operations, after testing, the software can resolve the symbols conflict around 80% of automatic editing data conversion, it provides a an effective solution for automatic data conversion. In this paper, it have guidance meaning to solve the China's surveying and mapping working on data automatic conversion problems.
