下运带式运输机是矿井、码头、水泥厂、洗煤厂等企业生产中一种重要的运输设备,其可靠平稳运行对保证企业正常、安全、高效生产有着重要的意义。煤矿大倾角下运带式运输机在运输过程中,电机很容易进入不稳定区运行,突然断电时甚至会发生飞车事故。所以对其的限速和制动是保证其能否可靠运行的一个关键技术问题。 在分析了下运带式输送机制动系统的现状,研究了目前已应用在工程中制动系统不能实现真正意义上的软制动的不足后,本文提出了嵌入式计算机控制的液压调速制动系统方案,并重点对该系统中的计算机控制系统进行了研究和开发。采用ARM7核的S3C44B0X微处理器的硬件平台,实时操作系统μC/OS-II的软件平台开发的计算机系统对带式运输机进行稳定性强、可靠性高的软制动操作;本系统利用S3C44B0X自带的10位ADC对流量,油温,三处油压,按定时中断请求的方式进行数据采集,同时采用多任务机制,让分析处理数据任务和液压系统操作控制任务并行运行,使系统变得更加稳定、可靠;系统采用BOOT引导方式,让所有的代码都在RAM中运行,让系统速度更加快速;另外本系统还具有可拓展性强,可移植性强,控制算法容易实现多样性且开发简单,维护方便等优点。 通过实验室的模拟实验测试表明,该系统可直观的监测皮带速度和油箱油温等液压系统的实时状态,并根据这些检测回来的参数,对液压系统进行调整,实现了真正意义上的软制动。该研究对煤矿大型下运带式输送机实现软制动安全运行提供了技术保障。

The downward belt conveyor is an important transportation equipment to mine, shipside, cement factory, coal washery and other enterprises in their production, the smooth and reliable operation of which is important to ensure enterprises normal, safe, efficient in production. In the process of coal mine transportation by big dip downward belt conveyor, motor could easily enter the unstable region, and vehicle accident even occurs when meet a suddenly cut of electric power. To ensure reliable operation, the ability of speed-limit and brake of the downward belt conveyor is a key technical issue. After analyzing the status quo of braking system of downward belt conveyor, and studying on the deficiencies, not be able to achieve a real sense of soft brake, of braking system that presently applied in engineering,this paper proposed a program of hydraulic braking system controlled by embedded computer, and this research and development was focused on the computer-controlled system in this system. This computer system was developed by a hardware platform, using the S3C4B0X processor of ARM7 kernel, and a software platform, the real-time system μC/OS-II. It can do the soft brake operation with strong stableness and high reliability to belt conveyor. The system which uses 10-bit ADCs carrying on S3C44B0X collects data of flux, temperature of oil, oil press of three positions on timely interrupted by requests. And the multi-task mechanism makes the task of data analysis and control algorithm, and the task of operation and control of hydraulic system parallel run, which makes the system become more stable and reliable. By using BOOT guidance, all the codes were loaded to RAM, and in this way the system was made more rapid. Moreover, the system has excellences such as strong ability of developing and portability, control algorithm easy to achieve diversity and develop simply and easy to maintenance. Laboratory simulation tests show that this system can directly monitor belt speed, hydraulic pressure, oil temperature, flowing tubing and so on real-time conditions of hydraulic system, and based on these returned test parameters, the hydraulic system can be adjusted, and achieved a real sense of the soft brake. This research provides technique safeguard for achieving safe operation of soft brake of large-scale downward belt conveyor in coal mine.
