大学生在享受前一辈未曾有过的物质文明和精神文明的同时, 心理不可避免地承受着社会巨变带来的各种矛盾和冲突。因此,加强心理承受力教育,维护提高大学生的心理健康水平,对促进大学生全面素质发展具有重要的作用。 本研究从大学生心理承受力的状况出发,坚持逻辑和历史相统一的原则,理论研究和实证分析相结合的方法,具体分析了当代大学生心理承受力弱的原因,提出了加强大学生心理承受力教育的措施、途径和方法。对我国大学生的社会心理承受与应激调节模式进行了系统研究, 打破了以往研究仅停留对心理健康状况的粗浅调查的描述层面,在系统训练模型中详细分析了心理中介因素如何调节社会压力源与身心健康之间的关系, 这种动态整合的研究思路为进一步深入分析大学生群体的心理特点提供了良好的研究视角与突破口。 本研究共分五个部分:第一部分,说明了选题的意义,创新和研究方法。第二部分,大学生心理健康和心理承受力研究的沿革和现状。第三部分,阐述了大学生心理承受力教育的一般理论。第四部分,我国大学生心理承受力存在的问题及原因分析。第五部分,加强大学生心理承受力教育的途径及方法。 当代大学生肩负着中华民族振兴和发展的历史使命,不仅要有思想品德、智能、体魄的储备,更要有良好的心理承受力来战胜各种困难和挫折,不断更新观念,超越自我,开拓进取,成为国家建设的合格人才。

Students in the previous generation to enjoy unprecedented material civilization and spiritual civilization at the same time, psychology inevitably bear social upheaval to bring all sorts of contradictions and conflicts. Therefore, strengthening the education of psychological endurance capacity, maintenance to improve the students' mental health, to promote college students' all-round development has an important role in. The present study from mental-resilience situation, adhere to the unity of logic and history, theory and empirical analysis methods, a detailed analysis of the contemporary college students' psychological bearing capacity of weak reason, put forward to strengthen college students' education of psychological endurance capacity measures, ways and methods. On Chinese college students' social psychological endurance and stress adjustment mode to undertake the system studies, breaking the previous studies only remain on mental health status of shape the shallow survey description level, the system model in a detailed analysis of the psychological mediating factors how to adjust social stressors and mental health and the relationship between the dynamic integration, the research train of thought for further in-depth analysis of College Students' psychological characteristics provide good research perspective and breakthrough. This research consists of five parts: the first part, illustrates the significance and theoretical basis, main contents and research methods. The second part, elaborated the students education of psychological endurance capacity and general theory. The third part, Chinese college students' education of psychological endurance capacity and historical analysis. The fourth part, China's mental-resilience described the current situation, problems and reasons analysis. The fifth part, to enhance college students' education of psychological endurance capacity of the way and method. Contemporary college students shoulder the revitalization of the Chinese nation and the development of the historic mission, not only has moral, intelligence, physical reserves, must have the good psychological endurance to overcome various difficulties and setbacks, renew an idea ceaselessly, beyond the self, to forge ahead, make national construction of qualified personnel.
