随着新常态经济时代的来临,执行力对企业发展越发重要,不同行业不同企业一直在持续关注着执行力的话题。服装业作为我国工业的重要组成部分,在全球经济持续低迷的背景下,部分服装企业销售额、经营规模却有着不俗的表现。经分析可知,这些企业最主要的共性原因是都具备很强的执行力,即对制定的战略能进行良好的实施。对执行力的研究一直受到学术界及企业界的广泛重视。 本文首先对执行力相关理论展开分析并对执行力指标群进行总结;其次,通过设计调查问卷收集数据,运用因子分析确定指标体系的主要影响因子、聚类分析与专家打分法筛选指标、层次分析法确定权重系数,从而构建出大型服装制造企业执行力评价指标体系。再次,运用模糊评价法对HL集团执行力进行评价。最后,针对评价结果,提出提升大型服装制造企业执行力的对策建议,以期对其有效实施组织战略有所助益。本文主要结论如下: 本文指标体系由制度、战略、文化三个一级指标,十个二级指标构成,每个二级指标下包含若干个三级指标。其中,二级指标包括:A1人力保障制度、A2人才配置制度、A3考核激励制度、A4组织机构制度、B1战略制定、B2战略评估与监控、C1公平文化、C2团队文化、C3品牌文化、C4创新文化。本文提出如下提升大型服装制造企业执行力的对策建议:构建合理组织机构制度,提高企业运行效率;围绕国家发展新战略,打造自主品牌文化;构建有效考核激励机制,全面激发员工工作热情;防范营运模式风险,加大自主研发能力;文化塑魂,将企业家精神内化为企业文化。

With the advent of the new normal economic era, the implementation of the development of enterprises more and more important, different industries have been constantly concerned about the implementation of different topics. Clothing industry as an important part of China's industry, in the context of the global economic downturn, some clothing business sales, business scale has a decent performance. The analysis shows that all of these enterprises have a strong execution, that is to say, the strategy can be well implemented. The study of executive power has been widely regarded by academics and the business community. This article firstly analyzes the theory related execution force, and summarizes the execution force index group. Secondly, through the design of the questionnaire to collect data; the main influencing factors of the index system were determined by factor analysis; the analytic hierarchy process determines the weighting factor; at last to build a executive power evaluation index system of large garment manufacturing enterprises. Thirdly, the fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the HL group execution force and analyze the result. Finally, according to the evaluation results, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the executive power of large garment manufacturing enterprises, hoping to help the effective implementation of organizational strategy. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: This index system consists of three levels of system, strategy and culture, and ten secondary indicators. Each secondary index contains several three indicators. In addition, the secondary indicators include: A1 human rights system, A2 talent allocation system, A3 assessment incentive system, A4 organization system and organization, B1 strategy development, B2 strategy evaluation and monitoring, C1 fair culture, C2 team culture, C3 brand culture, C4 innovation culture. This article proposes the following measures to enhance the implementation of large-scale garment manufacturing enterprises: to build a reasonable organizational system, to improve the efficiency of enterprises; around the country to develop new strategies to build their own brand culture; to build effective assessment and incentive mechanism to fully stimulate the work of the staff motivation; to prevent the risk of operating mode, increase the capacity of independent research and development; Entrepreneurial spirit is internalized into corporate culture.
