高强度矿用圆环链是煤矿输送设备上不可或缺的传动部件,其质量的好坏直接影响着煤矿设备的使用寿命,对煤矿设备的发展起着重要的作用。而做为制造高强度矿用圆环链的原材料23MnNiMoCr54钢(以下简称54钢)主要依赖进口,使公司的生产成本和生产制造周期都大大增加。因此,研究φ34国产54钢矿用圆环链加工工艺非常必要。 本课题,采用金相对比试验的方法,对国产与进口54钢原材料进行组织成分及力学性能的对比分析,找到它们之间的差距,为钢厂提供更合理的钢材冶炼工艺改进目标;采用工艺试验的方法,进行国产54钢矿用圆环链加工工艺研究,主要包括下料、编链、焊接、校正和拉伸、热处理等工序工艺尺寸和参数的研究,解决国产54钢在圆环链加工过程中编结对口间隙不稳定、闪光对焊接头质量差、校正与拉伸段长与载荷的控制、热处理工艺参数的确定等问题;最终,通过对最终产品的尺寸和性能抽检结果,研究影响国产54钢矿用圆环链加工结果的因素,对今后的加工工艺提出更好的改进意见。 本课题的研究,可以扭转大规格、高强度圆环链制链用钢依赖进口的现状,填补国内制链行业的一项空白,使圆环链的生产工艺更加完善,保证国产链条钢在圆环链加工过程中的稳定性,突破圆环链加工工艺的瓶颈,逐步实现圆环链加工工艺的国产化。

High strength mine coal conveying equipment rings chain is indispensible transmission components, a direct impact on the quality of the coal mine, the service life of equipment for coal equipment development plays an important role. And as manufacturing high strength mine 23MnNiMoCr54 steel rings chain of raw materials (hereinafter referred to as the 54 steel) mainly rely on import, so that the company's production cost and production cycle is greatly increased. Therefore, the study phi 34 domestic 54 steel mine circle chain processing technology is very necessary. This topic to metallographic contrast test, the method of domestic and imported steel material organization composition, 54 and mechanical properties of comparative analysis, found the gap between them and provide more reasonable for steel steel smelting process improvement goals; Using process test method, for domestic 54 steel mine circle chain processing technology research, mainly including next makings, weaving chain, welding, correction and tensile, heat treatment and other processes of size and parameters, solve domestic 54 steel rings chain in machining process one-for-one clearance instability, knitting flash butt joint quality is poor, calibrated and tensile load control, with period of parameters such as heat treatment process; Eventually, through to the end product of size and performance sampling observation results, the study influence domestic 54 steel mine circle chain processing result factor for future processing technology, develop better improvements. This topic research, can reverse big norms, high strength steel rings chain producing chain dependence on imports, the present situation of the domestic manufacturing chain industry to fill a blank, make the production process rings chain be more perfect, ensure domestic chain steel in the ring chain process stability, the breakthrough circle chain processing technology, gradually realize the bottleneck of the localization process rings chain.
