随着煤炭资源的开采量不断增大,煤炭资源的开采逐渐向纵深方向和地质条件复杂的煤层发展。在这个过程中,煤层开采的复合顶板支护则是需要进行详细研究的问题之一。而复合顶板巷道在我国煤矿中广泛分布,能否解决好其支护问题,是煤炭开采向纵深发展和安全生产的关键。
本文以王村斜井5210回顺巷道支护为工程背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场监测相互结合的研究方法,对其复合顶板的支护进行了研究。
深入分析了复合顶板煤巷变形破坏主要影响因素、破坏过程及破坏机理。岩体结构及裂隙分布、特殊工程地质条件、岩体力学性质水文地质条件等都不同程度地影响着复合顶板煤巷的变形破坏;在此基础上,分析了锚杆(索)支护的作用机理,进行了锚杆(索)支护设计,锚杆(索)支护可以对围岩表面提供支护抗力,限制围岩变形向巷道深部发展;提高岩层间的抗剪力,阻止岩层间离层、错动;改善巷道围岩应力场及各岩层的受力状态;建立了FLAC3D数值分析模型对锚杆索支护设计进行了计算,计算结果表明:经过锚网索支护的煤矿巷道,巷道顶板位移、底鼓、巷道帮部位移均能控制在安全允许值之内;将设计的锚网(索)支护方案应用于王村斜井5210回顺巷道支护工程实践,并对现场监测结果进行了分析。结果表明锚杆(索)支护参数方案是安全有效,切实可行。

Amounts enhance ceaselessly with the coal resources exploitation, the coal resources exploitation develops gradually to depth direction and the complicated geology condition coal seam. One of problem being to be to need to carry out detailed research in the compound roof shoring that the coal seam exploits in this process. But the compound roof tunnel scatters broadly in our country coal mine, whether can finish resolving it's shoring problem, be that coal exploits the key developing in depth with safety at work.
In this paper, based on the 5210 wangcun slope coal roadway support for engineering background, with theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field monitoring combination of research methods, support of compound-roofed was studied.
In-depth analysis of the complex roof deformation and failure of the main factors, failure process and failure mechanism. Fractured rock mass structure and distribution of special geological conditions and mechanical properties of rock and so on hydrogeological conditions in varying degrees, affect the deformation complex roof damage; On this basis, analysis of the bolt (cable) supporting the role of mechanism, a bolt (cable) supporting design, anchor (Cable) Support can provide support on the rock surface resistance, limited to the roadway surrounding rock deformation in deep development; improve the shear strength between rock, stop the rock between separation, dislocation; improve the surrounding rock stress and the stress state of rock; established numerical model FLAC3D Bolting design was calculated results showed that: Anchorage coal mine roadway support , Roof displacement, floor heave, tunnel sidewall displacement can be controlled within safe allowable value; will design the anchor network (cable) support scheme applies to 210 wangcun slope coal roadway supports and protections project practice, and on-site monitoring results are analyzed. The result indicated that the anchor rod (rope) supports and protects the parameter plan is safe effective, practical and feasible.
