党的二十大报告提出，建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态。大学生是国家和民族的未来，高校是意识形态工作的前沿阵地。网络意识形态安全已经变成了国家安全的一个重要方面，大学生网络意识形态安全是意识形态安全体系中的重要组成部分，它的效果如何，不仅关系到党的教育方针的贯彻落实，还关乎高校的办学方向和人才培养质量，维护大学生网络意识形态安全的重要性日益显现，越来越多的学者关注大学生网络意识形态安全问题。然而，当下部分高校对于大学生网络意识形态安全的理解仅限于加强主流价值观的教育，没有对网络意识形态安全进行细致分析，也没有进行专项教育，从而导致了大学生网络意识形态安全工作不被重视，进一步造成了大学生对网络意识形态安全的维护漠视、没有责任意识等问题。本文基于网络大发展的时代背景，对相关理论和研究进行搜索和整理，在此基础上运用了文本研究法、文献分析法等研究方法，对大学生网络意识形态安全问题展开研究。

首先，本文对新时代大学生网络意识形态安全的概念、特征以及意义进行了详细论述。其次，对理论依据进行梳理。理论依据以马克思主义意识形态安全理论和相关理论借鉴为主要内容，对大学生网络意识形态安全的相关理论进行了分析和探索，为本文的研究提供理论支撑。再次，通过文献分析，梳理了我国大学生网络意识形态安全现状，总结了新时代大学生网络意识形态安全建设方面的成效，主要有：教育内容不断丰富、建设载体不断创新、工作制度不断健全，从环境、高校以及大学生三个层面论述了新时代大学生网络意识形态安全方面的主要问题，主要表现在网络错误思潮冲击、网络文化泛娱乐化、网络传播去中心化、部分高校意识形态责任落实不足、部分高校对网络舆情的引导管理不到位、部分高校开展网络意识形态安全教育工作存在不足、部分大学生正确价值观培育不足、部分大学生对于主流意识形态学习的意识不强、部分大学生网络信息辨别能力较弱。这些问题的主要原因有，一是新时代两种社会制度的竞争更加激烈，二是网络环境复杂化增加高校教育工作难度，三是部分大学生自我教育存在不足。最后，在坚持理论与实践相结合的基础，着重从营造大学生网络意识形态安全良好教育氛围、做好高校维护大学生网络意识形态安全的保障工作、提升大学生网络意识形态安全自我教育能力三方面提出解决新时代大学生网络意识形态安全问题的对策。

研究发现，新时代大学生网络意识形态安全问题与对策研究，契合国家安全建设的需求，事关党和国家主流意识形态安全建设和高校人才培养的效果。面对网络的快速发展，如何维护好新时代大学生网络意识形态安全，提出有效对策将越发呈现出理论价值和现实诉求。

Network ideological security has become an important aspect of national security. College students' network ideological security is an important part of the ideological security system. Its effect is not only related to the implementation of the Party's educational policy, but also related to the direction of running a university and the quality of personnel training. More and more scholars pay attention to the security of college students' network ideology. However, at present, the understanding of college students' Internet ideological security in some universities is limited to strengthening the education of mainstream values, and there is no detailed analysis of Internet ideological security and no special education. As a result, college students' Internet ideological security is not paid attention to. It further causes the problems of college students' indifference to the maintenance of network ideological security and lack of responsibility. Based on the historical background of the great development of the Internet, this paper searches for and sorts out relevant theories and researches. On this basis, text research method, literature analysis method and other research methods are used to study the Internet ideological security of college students.

First of all, this paper discusses in detail the concept, characteristics and significance of college students' network ideological security in the new era. Secondly, the theoretical basis is sorted out. Based on Marxist ideological security theory and relevant theories, this paper analyzes and explores the relevant theories of college students' network ideological security, which provides theoretical support for the research of this paper. Thirdly, through literature analysis, this paper sorts out the current situation of college students' network ideological security in China, and summarizes the achievements of college students' network ideological security construction in the new era, which are mainly as follows: With the continuous enrichment of educational content, the continuous innovation of construction carrier and the continuous improvement of work system, this paper discusses the main problems of college students' network ideology security in the new era from three levels: environment, universities and college students. It is mainly reflected in the impact of wrong thoughts on the Internet, the pan-entertainment of network culture, the decentralization of network communication, the insufficient implementation of ideological responsibilities in some colleges and universities, the inadequate guidance and management of online public opinions in some colleges and universities, the insufficiency of network ideological security education in some colleges and universities, the insufficiency of cultivating correct values in some college students, and the awareness of mainstream ideological learning in some college students Knowledge is not strong, some college students network information discrimination ability is weak. The main reasons for these problems are: first, the competition between the two social systems in the new era is more intense; second, the complexity of the network environment increases the difficulty of college education; third, some college students' self-education is insufficient. Finally, on the basis of adhering to the combination of theory and practice, it puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of college students' network ideology security in the new era from three aspects: creating a good educational atmosphere for college students' network ideology security, doing a good job in safeguarding college students' network ideology security, and improving college students' self-education ability of network ideology security.

It is found that the research on the network ideological security of college students in the new era meets the needs of national security construction, and is related to the effect of the security construction of the mainstream ideology of the Party and the country and the training of college talents. In the face of the rapid development of the network, how to maintain the network ideological security of college students in the new era and put forward effective countermeasures will increasingly present theoretical value and practical demands.
