目前国内企业面临着竞争激烈的市场环境,无论是为了企业的生存还是发展,人才资源已经成为各大企业竞争的主要资源,同时也是企业发展必备的核心力量。是构成招聘管理体系的关键环节,人才获取已经成为当前学术界与企业作为关注的热点话题之一。企业只有对招聘管理体系加以重视,才能使企业维持稳定正常发展,企业要想科学有效的规划人力资源,成熟完善的招聘管理体系是根本,从而促进企业的发展与经营。本文通过对相关文献整理分析的基础上,参考阅读了国内外校园招聘的相关理论资料;借助访谈明确了干扰M企业校园招聘的因素,然后运用问卷调查,进行数据采集,并导入软件处理,从而获得校园招聘中这些因素的影响力水平;得出研究结果。 首先,本章主要运用调查问卷及访谈的方法对校园招聘有效性因素进行调查,通过调查问卷的反馈结果进行总结,并进行相关性分析,确定各个因素之间的相关性,将无相关性的因素排除,最后得出影响校园招聘的因素有五个方面:企业吸引力、校园招聘计划、校园招聘的实施、校园招聘后期工作、校园招聘团队。根据回归分析,得出其影响程度由强到弱依次为:校园招聘后期工作、校园招聘的实施、企业吸引力、校园招聘团队、校园招聘计划,这些因素共同正向影响着M企业校园招聘的有效性。 其次,对调查问卷进行了系统总结整理,再利用信效度检验,验证了问卷信效度良好,可以进行分析。通过对企业调查问卷数据进行相关性分析,确定各个因素之间的相关性,将无相关性的因素排除,最后得出具有相关性的各个子因素,进行回归分析。根据回归方程得出的结果,可以清晰的看到,在M企业校园招聘的影响因素当中,校园招聘计划、招聘实施、后期工作、企业吸引力占其中的主要部分。 最后,根据实证分析结果,本文分别从校园招聘的前期准备、校园招聘的实施阶段以及后期跟进三个方面,详细的提出了完善M企业校园招聘的优化策略,以期通过本文的研究,进一步提升M企业校园招聘的效果,增加毕业生求职者的录用率,从而提高企业的核心竞争力。 |

At present, the domestic market competition situation is quite fierce, in the survival and development of enterprises, the decisive human resources are competed for, and become the key factor of enterprise development. It is the core content of recruitment management system, talent acquisition has become one of the hot topics in academia and enterprises. As the core and foundation of human resources operation, recruitment management system has a direct bearing on the whole development of human resources. Only by paying attention to the recruitment management system can enterprises maintain stable and normal development. If enterprises want to manage human resource planning well, they must do a good job in the construction of recruitment management system, so as to promote the development and operation of enterprises. In this thesis, through the analysis on the basis of related literature, reference to read the relevant theories of campus recruitment information at home and abroad, through interviews to determine the influence factors of the influence of M enterprise campus recruitment effectiveness, with the help of interviews, the factors that interfere with the campus recruitment of M enterprise are identified, and then the questionnaire survey is used to collect data and import the software to process, so as to obtain the influence level of these factors in campus recruitment, in the survey of enterprises and the graduate level, various factors to affect the effectiveness of campus recruitment has significant positive influence, which chat the enterprise level survey. It mainly in vestigates the campus recruitment plan, recruitment team, implementation of recruitment, post-recruitment work and the attraction of the enterprise itself. Through analysis, based on the research, the most prominent factor affecting the effect of campus recruitment is the post recruitment work. In the survey of graduate level, the survey is mainly conducted from five aspects of graduates 'job-hunting skills, personal basic qualities, professional skills, personal adapt ability and working ability. based on regression analysis, the most prominent factor affecting the effect of campus recruitment is adaptability. According to the results of this empirical analysis, this thesis respectively from the preparation of campus recruitment, campus recruitment in the implementation stage and the late follow up three aspects, and puts forward some detailed perfect M enterprise campus recruitment strategies, further enhance the effect of M enterprise campus recruitment, increase the rate of graduates a candidate's recruitment, so as to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. |
