为适应Internet应用的飞速发展,W3C(World Wide Web Consortium)制定了一套基于XML语言的可缩放矢量图形语言SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics),它是一种开放标准的文本式矢量图形描述语言,用于矢量图形的显示与传输。SVG图形能够很好的满足GIS对于空间数据图形显示的要求,可以向用户提供多样化的、直观易懂的和动态的图形用户界面,从而使它成为空间数据可视化的有效格式。 文中阐述了WebGIS以及SVG的研究现状和研究意义,对SVG技术规范进行了简介,论述了SVG地图编码以及SVG地图的制作,探讨了应用SVG技术的旅游WebGIS体系结构,设计一套基于SVG的旅游WebGIS数据结构,最后应用SVG技术建立了部分阜新市的旅游WebGIS,本文设计实现几个功能:景点介绍,旅行团一览,路经查询,天气预报,汽车租赁,酒店排行。这里景点介绍是当鼠标点击该界面时显示阜新市的各个旅游景点,供游者查询,这样使来阜新旅游的人能更加清楚详细的了解阜新的概况,决定都去哪里游览。旅行团一览,是给游者展示本地各个旅行团的价位,以及联系方式以供游者自己选择参加哪个旅行团更加经济、高效。路经查询是给游人提供去某景点的最佳路径,这主要是和汽车租赁联系在一起的。游人可以在阜新选择汽车租赁,租到自己想用的车,然后进行自助旅游。酒店排行,是提供给游者最适合自己的住所。通过这样几个功能,让游览者订出自己的旅游方式,以实现来阜新旅游最快捷,最经济的,最适合自己的旅游方式。通过建立系统,证明了SVG应用到旅游WebGIS的可行性与优越性,为建立更大的旅游WebGIS奠定了基础。

In order to adapt the swift development of the Internet application, W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) has formulated a set of expandable vector graphical SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) language based on XML language, it is one kind of vector graph description language and is text type of open standard, uses in the demonstration and the transmission of the vector graph. The SVG map may satisfy the request of GIS regarding the spatial data graphical display, may provide the diversification to the user, direct-viewing easy to understand and the dynamic graphical user interface, thus causes it to become the effective form of spatial data visualization. In the article, elaborated the research present situation and the research significance of WebGIS and SVG, has carried on the synopsis of SVG technology standard, elaborated SVG map code and SVG map's manufacture, discussed the traveling WebGIS architecture applying SVG technology, designed a set of traveling WebGIS construction of data based on the SVG,finally has established part Fuxin's traveling WebGIS using SVG technology. In this paper, several design features: attractions, the tour list, passing information, weather forecasts, car rental, hotel ranking. Attractions introduced here is that when a mouse click on the interface display fuxin all tourist attractions, tours are available for query, thus to Fuxin tourism can be more clear and detailed understanding of the profile of Fuxin, where decisions are to visit. Tour list for outbound tours to showcase the local price, as well as contact information for those who choose to participate in outbound package tours which more economical and efficient. Pass query is to provide visitors the best spots to a certain path, which is mainly linked to car rental. Fuxin visitors can choose car rental, rent to own used cars, and then proceed to self-help tourism. Top hotel is available to tour most suited to their home. Through established system has proven the feasibility and the superiority of SVG apply to traveling WebGIS,lay the foundation to establish bigger traveling WebGIS.
