低压电力网几乎覆盖整个人类生存空间,并且具有电力线机械强度高、可靠性好等优点。电力网用于通信时,几乎不需要基础建设投资和日常维护费用,因此利用电力线作为通信媒介具有很高的经济性、广泛性和实用性。 随着我国电力事业的迅速发展,一户一表制已基本普及,企业级的电力负荷检测、控制系统已在一些地区投入使用,并取得了较好的效果。然而在居民用电管理方面,由于用户数量多,地域分布广,该类系统应用较少,用电管理工作多靠人工实现。因此,如想真正做到居民用电管理自动化,减轻电力公司的工作负担,利用已有的电力网作为通信媒介,建设“电力线载波远程自动抄表系统”,就成为解决问题的一种有效手段。 本文根据课题需要,在大量收集查阅国内外有关远程抄表系统资料、深入用户及用电管理部门进行广泛调研的基础上,讨论了电力线载波通信的优、缺点及现状,对低压电力线网络的特性进行了的分析,并论述了扩频通信技术的原理,提出了一种基于低压电力线载波通信技术的远程自动抄表系统。本文详细地介绍了系统的总体设计和具体实现,包括硬件模块和管理软件;重点研究设计了电力线载波采集器,制定了集中器与采集器之间的通信协议。最后将本文设计的基于低压电力线载波通信技术的采集器与其它合作人员设计的集中器和管理系统连成一个完整的远程自动抄表系统,实现了远程自动抄表、电费管理、停、供电控制、实时监控等多种功能。最后本文还探讨了电力线通信的发展趋势。

With the worldwide low-voltage power networks, power line communication has an extensive practicability. Due to its mechanism intensity, security, and no need to re-invest, techniques of transmitting data via power line, developed in recent years, is used to automate the free collecting system in public service and the management of uptown service. With the development of economy, the consumption of electrical power has greatly increased. Because of the great amount and widespread of the power consumers, the workload of meter reading becomes burdensome. Remote Concentrated Meter Reading System is a good solution for this problem. This article discussed the advantage, disadvantage and the current state of the power line carrier communication. The advantage, method and current state of using spread spectrum technique in power line communication are discussed. Then the characteristic of low voltage power network was also compendious analyzed. In this paper, after introducing the principle of SSC, design of hardware and software of the system are been discussed. One important part of this system---the Power Line Carrier Meter is completed and every part of the unit is introduced. This system can provide many function such as call on meter, managing electric fee, power supply and stop supply, real time control etc. At last, the future of the power line communication is discussed.
