矿井提升机是煤矿生产中非常重要的运输工具,其安全高效的运行是煤矿生产和从业人员生命安全的保证。现代矿井提升机的生产效率越来越高,机械结构也日趋复杂,设备中不同部分之间的相互关系、耦合也更加紧密,一个部件出现故障,将引起整个生产流程的中断。传统的提升机日常维护流程存在欠维修和过维修的状况,不能满足新时期下对提升机的安全要求。随着现代检测技术、计算机技术和通信技术的发展,开发一套既能实时监测提升机运行状况,又能进行数据通信的网络化提升机状态监测报警系统有着重要的现实意义。 由于工作环境恶劣,矿用提升机故障率高且故障形式多样。本课题针对矿井提升机的电机、减速器、主轴卷筒和制动系统等主要部位常见的机械故障,通过对其故障形式、故障特征、故障危害程度进行综合分析,结合煤矿生产实际和煤炭安全规程对提升机工作参数的要求,确定了提升机状态监测参数,并研究确定了各参数的监测方法。 通过对网络化监测系统现行网络模式的分析,综合利用C/S模式传输速度快、传输安全性高,B/S模式与数据库连接方便、允许客户和服务器频繁进行数据交互和无须开发客户端软件的优点,采用C/S和B/S相结合的混合网络模式。根据系统监测参数的信号特征和网络模式的特点,确定了系统的硬件方案。 本文开发设计了基于C/S和B/S两种模式的应用软件。C/S模式软件采用TCP/IP协议进行通信,主要完成提升机参数的监测、数据通信、故障判断、振动分析、故障存储和数据库管理等功能。B/S模式的程序主要完成用户管理、参数设置、故障管理等功能。按照用户角色,C/S模式软件又分为提升机房软件、服务器实时监控软件,和客户机软件三部分组成。根据三部分软件的功能,选择了不同的开发平台,提升机房软件由Labview8.5编写,服务器和客户机软件采用VC++6.0开发完成。 本文对提升机房监测部分的静态特性特性进行了实验分析,确定了其静态特性参数,另外还对整个系统的通信功能进行了实验验证。实验结果表明:所开发的提升机房系统具有较高的稳定性、良好的静态特性、较小的测试误差;系统通讯稳定可靠,能够实现数据的无差错传送。本网络化矿井提升机状态监测与故障报警系统具有较高的实用性和先进性。

Mine hoist is an important tool for transportation in production of coal-mine, the safety moving of the mine hoist influences the daily production of the coal mining enterprises and life safety of the staff in coalmine. The productivity of the modern mine hoist is more and more high, mechanical construction is becoming complicated, the interrelation and coupling among different parts in equipment has also became wired, if one component has broken down, it will cause an interruption of the entire production process. The traditional methods of mine hoist testing exist out of repair and excess repair. With the development of test technology、computer technology and communication technology, it shows a realistic magnificence for developing a set of state monitoring and warning system that can monitor the operating status of mine hoist and make data communications. According to its severe working condition, mine hoist has high breakdown rate and all kinds of malfunctions. The common problems which happen in the motor、speed reducer、main spindle、braking system and other parts of the mine hoist will be studied in the project. By analysis of the fault mode、fault characteristic and fault harm, Based on the actual production situation of the coal mining enterprises and the stipulation of the actual running parameters of the mine hoist, The state monitoring parameters and its test method are ascertained. Based on the analysis of the networking models used in the networked status monitoring system, we adopt the C/S and B/S model. The C/S model has such advantages as rapid transmission speed and high safety, and the B/S model has its merits of easy connection with the database、allowing clients and servers frequent data exchange and without client software. Based on signal feature of system monitoring and characteristics of Network, hardware design scheme of the system is determined. This article designs software based on the models of C/S and B/S. The C/S model software which uses TCP/IP protocol to communicate, will mainly accomplish those functions as hoist parameters measurement 、data communication、breakdown judgment、vibration analysis、fault storage and database management. the B/S model software will mainly accomplish user management、parameter setting、fault management and so on. In case of different user, the C/S model software includes three parts: hoist house software、server real-time monitoring software and client software. According to function, three parts software adopt different developing platform, hoist house software is written in Labview8.5, server real-time monitoring software and client software are programmed in VC++6.0. In this project, I conduct some special experiments including static characteristic experiments of hoist house system and communications experiments of the whole system. Test results show that: the system have good stability、good static characters and small test error, and the data communications of the whole system is stability and error-free .So the system has a high application value.
