意识形态工作是党和国家一项极其重要的工作，高校作为意识形态工作的前沿阵地，肩负着学习研究宣传马克思主义，培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观，为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供人才保障和智力支持的重要任务。 民办高校作为我国社会主义教育事业的重要组成部分，同样肩负着为社会培育合格建设者的重任，其学生素养和培养质量也越来越成为自身发展的支撑和保障。本论文依照思想政治工作要因事而化、因时而进、因势而新的精神，以陕西省五所具有代表性的民办高校为调查研究对象，对其辅导员开展思想政治教育工作的现实情况进行调查，在调查的基础上作原因分析，最后提出辅导员开展工作有效的、可行性的对策。 论文以民办高校辅导员开展思想政治教育工作的现状为基础，主要从辅导员开展工作的操作方式和运用方法来分析探究，提出可操作性强的对策。对策坚持围绕学生、关照学生、服务学生，以学生为本，力求做到助力学生成人成才的同时能提高民办高校辅导员开展思想政治教育工作的实效性。对策提出以学习为中心，以班级为基础，用好情感和互联网这两张牌的工作模式，内容涵盖民办高校辅导员开展思想政治教育工作的各个方面，包括党团和班级建设、学风建设、心理健康教育与咨询工作、网络思想政治教育和职业规划与就业创业指导，将这些具体工作统一于学生成人成才的实践活动中。

Ideological work is one of the most significant one for the Chinese Communist Party and the whole nation. As the forward position of Ideological work, colleges shoulder the responsibility to study Marxism, popularize socialist core values and provide talents and brains for realizing national rejuvenation of China. As an essential part of socialist education system, private colleges also take the obligation to foster qualified constructors for the society. In turn, Students’ cultivation and quality pave the way for its own future development. This thesis, based on the spirit of advancement and innovation, chooses the five typical private colleges in Shaan’ Xi Province and studies the current situations of ideological and political education among instructors. Based on the survey results, the thesis goes further to analyze the reasons and provide some efficient and feasible measures for instructors carrying out ideological and political education among students. On the basis of current situations of ideological and political education in private colleges, the thesis mainly analyzes the operating modes and applications of instructors and provides some measures of strong operability. These measures are students-oriented, aiming to care for students and serve for students, which will help students becoming useful persons and meanwhile improving the efficiency of instructors who devote to carrying out ideological and political education among students. Measures, learning-centered and class-based, focus on the work pattern of emotion and internet. Contents cover every aspect of instructors carrying out ideological and political education among students, including construction of the Chinese Communist Party, the Communist Youth League, class, style of study, mental health education and consultation, cyber ideological and political education and guidance for career planning, employment and entrepreneurship, which will all blend into the concrete practical activities of students’ growth and development.
