现代配电网中负荷密度的增大,以及大量电缆的使用,使得配电网的容性电流达到 了一个较高的水平。当配电网对地容性电流超过电力规程的要求时,就应该在配电网系 统中装设消弧线圈,使接地电弧迅速熄灭避免事故的扩大。而配电网容性电流的测量是 装设消弧线圈、确定消弧线圈容量和进行消弧线圈调谐的重要参数。因此本文就如何实 现容性电流的精确测量开展研究。 首先,对容性电流间接测量方法进行了详细的理论分析,针对目前常用的偏置电容 法和人工中性点法,进行了仿真,并指出了各种测量方法的优缺点以及适用范围。其次, 研究了基于信号注入法的容性电流测量方法,对现有的信号注入法进行了误差分析和仿 真,并对其进行了评价。在此基础之上,对改进信号注入法测量容性电流的方法进行了 分析,并通过理论论证与仿真的方法证明,改进信号注入法较之前的方法在测量精度以 及适用范围上都有提高。此外,针对信号注入法受系统干扰严重的问题,设计了IIR 数 字信号滤波器,并通过仿真的办法进行了验证,证明了该滤波器的可行性。

In modern distribution, network load density increases, and the use of a number of cable , makes the capacitive current of the distribution network to a higher level. It should be installed in the coil of arc extinction when power distribution network of capacitance current more than power code requirements, to avoid accident expanded. And the capacitive current measurement is the important parameters of installed a coil of arc extinction, sure coil of arc extinction capacity and Coil of arc extinction tuning. So this paper will research how to realize the accurate measurement of the capacitance current. First of all, analysis the indirect method of the capacitance current measurement, according to the commonly used offset capacitance method and artificial neutral method, simulation are completed. Their advantages and limitations are indicated in this paper. The method to measure capacitance current based on injecting signals method is studied. Make the error analysis and simulation for existing signal injection method and the methods are reviewed. On the basis of this, analysis the improvement methods of the injecting signals method and According to the principle analysis and the results of simulative experiment, proved this new method is better than previous methods. At the same time, In order to solve the interference problems, the paper designs the IIR digital signal filter, and According to the principle analysis and the results of simulation to prove the feasibility of the filter.
