太西煤是具有“三低六高”特点的稀缺煤种,被誉为“煤中之王”,属国家保护性开采资源。以灰分低于2%超低灰煤为原料,可以制备(生产)出煤基优质活性炭、可代替石油焦的增碳剂、高石墨阴极炭块。但受技术瓶颈影响,各国的超低灰煤均未能实现规模化工业生产,市场潜力巨大。
本文充分研究分析了优质太西无烟煤的宏观煤岩组分和显微煤岩特性,确定了要获得超低灰无烟煤的分选密度必须控制在1.40 kg/L 以下、入料粒度上限控制在13mm 左右的基础数据。
通过现有生产工艺以及国内外现有原煤分选设备的分析,确定了超低灰无烟煤的原则工艺流程为:原煤混合入选—跳汰粗选分级—精粒煤重介精选—煤泥直接浮选—尾煤泥压滤回收。
在关键的精粒煤重介精选旋流器设计研究中,借鉴了DWP 圆筒形重介质旋流器、Tri-Flo 精选型三产品重介质旋流器和HMCC-400 筒式旋流器的成功经验,通过旋流器结构参数、抗磨性结构等的研究,研制出了用于分选超低灰无烟煤的2HMCC-400/300精选型圆筒重介旋流器。同时,对加重质粒度要求也进行了多次试验,最终确定了加重质粒度需控制在320 网目以内,并添加一定量的煤泥,E 值可降低至0.01 左右。
半工业性试验表明:2HMCC-400/300 精选型圆筒重介旋流器的分选精度在0.010~0.027 之间,只要严格控制悬浮液的密度波动,完全能适应超低灰无烟煤工业生产的要求。
